My fiancé had a custom morganite ring made and they helped him with every step! I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful ring. I call all the time with questions and they are more than willing to help. Laura the manager is amazing!

I’m giving them two stars because I’ve purchased from them before and their sales associates were nice. However, went in to purchase gemstone jewelry that I’d seen online (Christmas gift) and they didn’t have any in stock! The associates told me that I could order from them online and then pick it up (IF I put a deposit down) — well, of course I could! However, I like to see jewelry in person when I am buying it, which is why I didn’t place an order when I was looking online. I was very disappointed! Very limited selection.

I love, love, love this place! It is my go to jewelry store. The ladies that work there are awesome. They are very attentive and have great customer service. I had a darkened diamond on my ring, the sent it in to get serviced, and it was ready a few days later. It’s back to being flawless! Love this place!

I just made a purchase here today and I must say, our saleswoman, Cathy, was phenomenal! She made sure my husband and I were pleased with our purchase and was very involved while I shopped for earring for my daughter and myself. Another employee, Jaimie, was also very lovely and made me feel very welcome in the store. I don’t have a single complaint about either one of the wonderful ladies that helped me.
