Paul Siano – State Farm Insurance Agent

I too have had a terrible experience with Paul Siano’s Office and him directly. I have been with State Farm for 10 years, my Significant other and I moved to California and had no problem merging our accounts and the Agent we had was AMAZING! When we moved back from California, we were placed with Paul, because they could not put us back with the same agent I had previously because he said it was a conflict to have two separate accounts in the same household with the same agent and would cause confusion. I think he was just trying to get our business. The phone is always busy (or says the number you are trying to reach is not in service), when I leave a message, they never call me back. I finally got a hold of Paul to ask him about how the premium changed when we moved from state to state and he said he wasn’t sure so he had to call someone to answer my question and that once he had an answer he would call me back, HE NEVER CALLED. I called him back and Left a message, NEVER CALLED. When I finally do get a hold of someone they put me on hold for at least 15 minutes. They are not friendly, he is inexperienced, we have had to call to change our address on the vehicles, 3 times, and like other reviews they cannot even call me to let me know my payments aren’t going through because of an error THEY made, and my account had been cancelled without my knowledge. I was driving around uninsured for almost a week.
For some reason when we log on to State Farm online, all of our policies are separated, we have to pay each one separate, my father who hasn’t been on my insurance for 6 years, is the primary license listed on my Insurance and my mother, who cannot even drive and does not have a license is also on my vehicle.
Skip the confusion, and this office. It is not worth your time and monetary mistakes being made.

Paul Siano was VERY unprofessional. There is no point to having an agent if they cannot help you! I believed I had set-​up automatic withdrawals and received confirmation the policy amount would be taken from my account, but suddenly my policy was cancelled WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
Paul is ALWAYS able to send marketing SPAM about policy types that I am not interested, but was unable to notify of an issue with my account. He has not returned my calls. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING AN AGENT WHO IS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU– otherwise, might as well buy a policy direct online.
Worst customer service.
