Terrible! I went to pick up my order last night, walk in «oh sorry we forgot to make the wings» ok… And??? 15 minutes later the wings are done, but the 2 workers were standing there with the wings in the bowl showing each other something on their phones!!!

It took 70 min to deliver my pizza. Unfortunately, it was awful– greasy and very, very salty.

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever! I placed a delivery order for 2 stuffed crust pizzas and some wings… The food was cold and some wings were still frozen. My order was missing all sauce and they lied about coming back! A few days later, I walked into the store and it’s absolutely filthy! I will second guess Pizza Hut period from this point on!

Worst Service.
My company ordered pizza about 1yr prior and the pizza was delivered Cold and 2.5 hrs late.
Decide to try this place again today. And Delivery guy was friendly and nice so tipped him very well.
Then we open the pizza and it was the wrong order. Called the location and was put on hold for over 20 mins then and employee named Brooke answered I asked to speak with a manager and she states she is the manager I let her know the issue she said okay there will be a credit. no sorry or re-​delivery. I was upset at this point and asked for a credit. Brooke was unfriendly then states i would have to come to the store tomorrow because only the manager can do a refund because i paid cash. I let Brooke know I paid VISA. She places me on hold then comes back get my card number and then tells me they will refund half the order. I told her they could come pick the whole order up because we are not eating it. She states the order was not wrong so they wont refund the whole amount. I have a receipt with proof the order is wrong.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PIZZA HUT AGAIN. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.
