Rest-A-Sure Restoration

We loved these guys! They were redoing our bathroom shower and assured us the shower and tub parts we picked would fit perfectly. Well they did not. We had to hound them for 2 months about it to discover that the plumbing should have been changed out when they had the wall open. Now our only option is to pay $ 200 for fixtures we don’t like because they are literally the only handles that will almost fit our plumbing. They did not handle this well at all and did not offer to open the wall so we could have it done right. Now I am stuck with ugly chrome tub fixtures (that were super expensive) when the entire rest of my bathroom is brushed nickel.

Easily the most professional contractor experience I’ve had. Mike was recommended to me after I posted online about my issues finding a good contractor.
A windstorm came through in late winter and tore off several sets of shingles, so the work was very minor and many contractors didn’t find it worth their time. Mike came over quickly to assess the damage and it was fixed before the first rainstorm of 2016. There was a minimum cost for the visit and the work wasn’t quite enough to warrant that so they did some caulking around vents and inspected the rest of the roof.
It was truly a great experience, or at least as good as hiring a contractor to fix a small section of roof could be. I would definitely recommend Rest-​A-​Sure.

We initially contacted Rest-​a-​sure Restoration to get a quote on a new roof and water sealant in our downstairs. Mike gave us free advice on how to seal off the leak problem and my husband repaired it for $ 30. Mike was the lowest of 3 estimates on our roof! He repaired our skylights and had our roof installed in a day and a half. Very fast turn around! He also built a new set of wood front stairs and railings for us. And most recently took out our old wood fence and replaced it with vinyl.
Mike specializes in wood work and water damage/​repair issues, but really is a jack of all trades! He has consistently done quality work for us!
