RUN… do not walk! This builder knowingly used faulty materials & substandard workmanship and now the homeowners are left to pick up the tab for his negligence because he doesn’t stand by his work. DISAPPOINTING! Some homeowners have lost a fortune! I wouldn’t recommend this builder to anyone. Cachey should do the right thing and make things right with all homeowners affected. They’re only tarnishing their own reputation.
