I visited this facility about a year ago with my 4 year old son. I was referred by his Neuropsychologist. She wanted to know if my son had any food allergies or intolerances.
My first Impression of Dr. Griffin was that she was busy and that she wanted to get through our appointment as fast as she can so she could grab lunch. Her testing was also unconventional. She essentially took my 4 year olds hand, sprayed water on it and then touched his hand with some electromagnetic device about 100 times. The whole test took about 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes I was told my son was allergic or sensitive the everything under the sun; dairy, gluten, soy, and citrus or tropical fruit, every artificial sweetener and syrups and honey, MSG, all good dyes and the list goes on and on! She then printed up a sheet with all of his allergies and pushed us out of the office leaving right behind us and getting in her car and leaving. That was it. $ 65 and 15 minutes later I now had a 4 year old son that wasn’t allowed to eat anything! Oh I was also told by this «very scientific test» that his myelin sheath wasn’t developing properly and that I needed to put him on a very high fat and high protein diet and to skip the carbs. Oh and then to go to her store and buy all her vitamins!
Well, I did that. I did everything she said and I worked my fricken butt off everyday! I said no to birthday parties or would have to bring my own food and desserts. It was and is nearly impossible. I finally decided to go to an actual allergist. He pretty much laughed in my face when I showed him the printed results.
I am one to buy what a Homeopath would sell but she offered absolutely no help or guidance on our journey.
