Zorba’s Gyros

Just the way I like gyros. Tender with a little crispy. Good pita. Bad pitaa will ruin em. The owner is at the register, and she was great. Easy to find. It is next to ⁷⁄₁₁. I love gyros. I have bad gyros and good gyros. This one is top notch. I will return if I am in town.

Good food. Pop’s is better for fries, hot dogs, and beef but Zorba’s is better for burgers and gyros.
$ 10 Credit card minimum is annoying. If you decide to buy more food after closing your order, they still require another $ 10 purchase even if you haven’t left the store.

The food was good for a typical «Greek» fast food spot but what makes it 5 star is the service. The counter girl was so sweet and friendly. She genuinely wants you to get what you want and offers her advice and opinions without being pushy. Makes this place a great neighborhood spot. It does take a bit of time for the food but that is because it is FRESH and HOT

Great little place! The gyro was delicious! the bread was perfectly toasted the gyro meat coked perfect. I would definitely recommend this place. The price was also good. Great costumer service.

It was a gyros kinda night. Wicked good. Greek fries the best! Great meat, solid sauce. Fast and reasonable. Glad someone recommended this place.

Christine and her four daughters manage to serve up the best gyros to be had outside Greektown. Their menu is extensive, the service is quick, and they never forget to check your order so you don’t miss anything.

Food is hot and good. Awesome. I’ve been there a couple times and they are super friendly. They are usually willing to cater to any request and I like that. Last time I was there I had them make me chicken breasts with melted cheese and bacon. Delicious. Food is consistent. It is kind of like a quick gyro place but for the price and the good food it is my go to when ‘m in that kind of mood.

We ordered the gyros and fries. Everything was fresh and tasty. Quick service and friendly staff.
The sauce for the gyros were delish.

Best food in town. The family is super nice. I walk in and the mother knows my order. Is always busy and great food and best food in town.

Good short order is so hard to find. It really makes me sad to see an independent close and to see a new «frankenfood» national mega chain open (you know who I am taking about)
This place is a very hidden gem in Orland. It is really not too visible from the street so if you blink you will miss it and if you miss it, it will be your loss.
Really good gyro, garlic fries are off the charts. Service and prices are also very good. Being in a strip mall this establishment is aesthetically challenged but don’t judge a book by its cover. Stop in for a meal as you will not be disappointed.

Had the gyro and garlic fries. The gyro had a good flavor. Lots of meat and a great deal. Watch mail for some good coupons. The garlic fries were not very garlicky, but they were still very good. Can split 1 order of fries between 2 people! Will be back.

Decent gyro’s, freindly staff, and a large menu.

I was pleasently delighted in finding this gyros restraunt in Orland Park. I had the gyros and greek fries and was pleased with the healthy scrumptious portions of both. The counter staff who waited on me were pleasent and provided excellent service. I would definately recommend this place to others.

Cheese Burger! Cheese Burger! Family owned business & family run. Great Gyros, fresh fries and everything cooked to order. Can’t go wrong if your having a craving.
It they had a better location people would be lined up out the door!

Typical greasy spoon, but I mean that in a good way. There are about 5 – 6 little tables in here, but it’s mostly a carry-​out type of place. The prices are totally fair, and the owner and her daughters are always working — they’re really nice.
The food is darn good. I’ve only had the Greek food — the chicken salad is basic but great, the gyro about as good as you can get without going to Greektown, and the souvlaki is tender and well-​marinated. Their tzatziki sauce is great as well.
They have a variety of other foods, from burgers to hot dogs to pizza puffs, but I haven’t tried them.
Overall, it’s a solid place to get an easy carry-​out order and I’ve never had a bad meal here in about 10 – 20 times I’ve ordered.

I pass by the strip mall where Zorba’s is located (143^rd and 82^nd in Orland Park) on my way home from work everynight. So I would be remiss if I didn’t stop in now and then for a quick dinner for my kids and I.
My favorite part of going there is the young girls that work there. I believe that the are the owners kids and they are delightful. My next favorite is their ice cream — very good. And all of there food products that I have tried have been yummy too!
My youngest’s favorite is the hot dog kids meal cause it comes with ice cream and the very good fries.
Stop by and enjoy a Gyro and some fries!
