THEY ONLY FOCUS ON THE MONEY NOT THE SERVICE!!! NOT FORTHCOMING!!! BLAME SHIFTING!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT!!!
I lost the Smart key to our Infiniti QX56 and called around for pricing and a replacement. The dealer was charging 480.00 with a 2 day wait and 24 – 7 Locksmith promised they could order it and have a technician come and program it in 2 days with a total out-​of-​pocket expense with insurance of $ 250.00. The key was a day later than promised, however, the technician came out programmed it, I paid and he was on his way. Four months later we had to change the battery at Infinity and the key needed to be reprogrammed. Infinity offered to do it for a nominal fee $ 400.00 but offered to contact ²⁴⁄₇ to have them come out a reprogram it. We spoke to Jacob from ²⁴⁄₇ who said that he couldn’t believe that the key «all of a sudden not working», we must have dropped it. He took my wife’s number down and promised to call back in 15 minutes, never called back.
Monday, I received a call from Sam at ²⁴⁄₇; after explaining to him that we had the battery replaced at Infiniti; that is when we were told that every time the battery is replaced the replacement Smart Key will need to be reprogrammed which is not the case with the original Smart Key. We (my wife and I) told him if we had that information in the beginning we would have initially gone to Infinit for the replacement key rather than having to pay someone every time we change the battery. Sam transferred me to the Supervisor Daniel. I explained to Daniel that important information was withheld about their replacement Smart Keys that would affected our decision to purchase. Daniel did not seem to listen to the situation yet rather place all his focus on the 90-​day policy. Which in my opinion, the 90-​day policy does not cover the key for regular maintenance on the vehicle considering the original key does not have to be reprogrammed after replacing the battery. Then Daniel next tactic was to accuse me of lying and said he don’t believe that I was not given that information up front, although, he was not there and it was not in policy to do so. Daniel continued to cut me off with the 90-​day policy, I asked if he would rather accuse me of lying or try to convince me that it was my fault rather than to uphold the integrity of the company by doing what was right. I also suggested moving forward they should notify the customers of having to reprogram the replacement Key.

I agree, if there was a zero star, this company would get it. DO NOT USE THIS company, it is a shady and deceptive company. They take advantage of your situation. They said over the phone that it would be $ 19 service call and the rate is a minimum of $ 25, depending on the difficulty. I told them the year of the car. When they arrived, they looked at the car and told me $ 100 because it is a newer car. I agreed and it took less than one minute to get into the car. They give a starting cost, so I figured maybe $ 50 at the most for the lock portion. It was triple the price. Then called their «lack» of customer service and it was explained to me as my fault because I gave the technician the okay. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will feel like you are being ripped off. I wish I would have read the Unilocal reviews before calling them.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish zero stars were available… My wife locked her keys in the car. She called and they showed up on time. Their website greatly under estimates their prices, to the point many would consider as lying. No quote was given before the service. After he unlocked the car in about 2 minutes he gave her the price of $ 155. Though he dropped it to $ 130 because we could pay cash. I called the company to clarify their pricing. Immediately the manager wanted more of an argument than he wanted to provide a shred of customer service. Call another company.
