I called on a Friday, mid day asked some questions to the woman that answered the phone about dipping a bike, there are 6 we’re having done in total. She then asked me to send some pictures of what I was talking about, so I did. And this is the way the conversation went through email with the guy who checked the emails at 3:30 today (Monday). Clearly they have so much business they can treat people with such disrespect. However I own a marketing company and these bikes would have been a huge contract for them and couldn’t be happier I didn’t get a half ass job from people who treat others like this.
I was called a Twit and told they don’t need or want my business. Also called an «Ass» and that they don’t deal with people like me. Also I am a hassle to deal with. All over a email response from myself, stating I had already gone with someone else. So I guess if you don’t go with them for your needs they will treat you like garbage. I will post all emails to my web-​sight so everyone can see them. Hope this company has a slow summer since I was reminded Saturday and Sunday are the «weekend» and they don’t do business on the weekend. Or before 3:30 on Mondays too. Lol smh what a joke of a company!
