After years of using this pool cleaning service I called in and left a message very upset because they usually came out on Thursdays but chose a Friday to come out without notifying me and the guy almost got bite by my dog. The owner called me back and basicly called me a liar and said they had always come out on Fridays. I never cussed at this guy but I was terribly upset about being called a liar in so man words so told him to no longer come out to m house I would get someone else to clean our pool and hung up. He proceeded to call me back and left a voice mail stating how unloyal I was and proceeded to call me a «MEAN FUCKER». I mean wow really? How un professional. I have it all on voicemail and will posting it on line for all to hear.

I’ve used A Clean Pool USA for a couple of years now and I just want to say that I’m extremely happy with the service they provide! My technician is wonderful, always on time, keeps my pool perfect, I look forward to swimming every weekend! The staff on the phone is super friendly and understanding of my needs whenever I call.
