A Flower Bucket Florist

I called to confirm the delivered arrangement, only to be told the flowers were not in stock and would be replaced with other flowers. I agreed as long as the flowers would make the bouquet beautiful for the persons birthday. Within the hour I received a photo of the flowers that were sent, and they were HORRIBLE. Not only did it looked like a 20 $ bouquet, when I called to just talk about the incident, the owner was beyond rude. She yelled and when I asked her why she was yelling, her reason was «I have bronchitis.» I can understand when someone is sick, but there is a difference between yelling and having a raspy voice. Not only was the problem unresolved, the owner seemed rude and did not give a care to how horrible the flowers looked. I am not one to ask for a refund, as the serviced was delivered. But this was a horrible experience! If only there was a way to post a photo of what I purchased, to what was sent…

They left a $ 100 flower arrangement in a shared breezeway despite my explicit instructions not to do so because it would be stolen… Which is exactly what happened. When I called to complain I was basically told «too bad, no refund, you told us to leave it there» which I NEVER did. Terrible, incompetent delivery service. Even worse customer service. Won’t ever be using this shop again, stay away.

I have bought flowers from this shop twice now! I love them! Very friendly, knowledgeable and care about their customers. They are the definition of a family owned small business and can’t wait to have them do my wedding. ¹⁰⁄₁₀!

Excellent service that I found online. It’s close to my house and delivered on the same day a beautiful bouquet that resembled the online photo perfectly. Thank you guys so much for make a birthday even happier!

Great service and arrangements. I’ve used them to deliver flowers to my girlfriend’s corporate address on numerous occasions. They’re easy to work with on the phone for remote orders and are patient (I usually take time /​feel awkward speaking a note out loud over the phone, but they are very nice about it).
The arrangements are well put together and the flowers are full /​healthy. The feedback from her and her co-​workers have always been positive.

I remember walking into the shop to place an order and a couple needed a set of rose pedals for whatever they had going on, the staff quickly pulled out the fresh roses and started packaging them as they were talking. By conversation end, the happy couple was on their way and my arrangement was in my hand at the same time.

This is my new favorite florist in Florida! I live in Los Angeles and needed to send Mother’s Day flowers to my mom. My mom is a little demanding so I knew it wouldn’t be enough to call the 1 – 800 guys and have them deliver some roses in a box that they leave at her doorstep. So I did an online search and decided to go with A Flower Bucket Florist. I couldn’t have chosen better! They put together an amazing arrangement for a great price and had it to my mom the same day that I called. And most importantly — my mom loved them!
Don’t even think about it just go with these guys!

I’ve stopped at The Flower Bucket a few times for small bouquets for my kitchen table. Today, I went in looking for hydrangeas and was given a price. I paid the Quoted rate. When I went back to pick up my flowers, the owner yelled at me because the quoted/​paid rate was too low. I am a returning, repeat customer yet the owner felt entitled to yell me about an internal mistake. The customer service at this establishment is poor. If you’re thinking about wedding flowers I would consider the level customer service they provide and look elsewhere.
