We called Alvin when my friends car left us stranded on the side of the road. He showed up quickly and took great care of us. He offered suggestions on good local shops. He went above and beyond what I expected out of a budget tow service. Cheap flat rate, great customer service, and fast service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again Alvin!

This is not a scam. Look no further. Your day is already bad enough if you are reading this on the side of the road. Avin is tops in customer service. Excellent service, fair price, towed car where I requested and sent me text pictures via phone as prompt proof. Alvin was friendly, professional, and made a bad day incredibly better.

Alvin is a life saver. We broke down on the side of I4 in the middle of holiday rush hour traffic. He was able to get to us promptly. He communicated with us regarding when he would be there and showed up as he said. He charged $ 65 and towed us to the repair shop of our choice. We will use AA&D again and again, though we pray not too soon.

Alvin pulled me out of a ditch, and damaged my car because he asked me to put my emergency break on. When I called and asked for his insurance information he told me to F off. He cussed me out and hung up. Very unprofessional and he charged more then the $ 65 his profile promises. Stay away. Very rude and unprofessional!

I have to say this towing company was a pleasant surprise compared to most of the shyster tow companies in Orlando. Alvin was exactly as he claims, your friend. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would, not 3 hours after the given arrival time like most. He was professional, not one thing nasty was said by him, he treats you and your vehicle with the utmost respect. His pricing is as he claims and extremely fair. Hands down the best pricing around. All in all, I would definitely recommend Alvin’s company to all who have need of a towing service and as long as he is around he will have my business over the others every time. Thank you Alvin for taking such good care of myself, my son and his vehicle, for the first time ever I can say it was a pleasure being towed!
