I’ve been studying both kung fu and t’ai ch’i with Grandmaster Wilson since 2010, and am very happy with the program. I studied both arts for many years before moving to Orlando and joining Grandmaster’s school, so I think I have a better-than-average viewpoint. The teachings are very traditional Chinese, and there’s a heavy emphasis on basics(and very good explanations of the fundamentals.)(There is a little Indian influence in the internal(t’ai ch’i) program: yoga and chakras.) I strongly recommend this school for both adults interested in real and deep martial arts and kids.(Parents: don’t send your kids to one of those garden-variety tae kwon do or ‘martial arts’ schools. They run out of material about the point of first degree black belt. I know: I’ve been there. Go with a school like Grandmaster Wilson’s where you can continue learning for many many years.)

I really enjoyed my months of training there. This is a fantastic school for anyone truly interested in traditional martial arts. As the World Headquarters for the Gong Yuen Chuan Fa family of Pai Lum Tao, this school teaches Kung Fu, Tai Chi/Chi Kung, Kenpo, and San Shou. Great for both adults and kids, the school focuses on discipline, technique, tradition and fun. Anyone who has been curious about martial arts should stop in and try out the introductory classes. The energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of the instructors will make it worth your time. With a lineage traced back to the Shaolin Temple, its hard to find a more honored and respected martial arts family. Great place and good energy! I can’t wait to get back there and train again.

Attended this martial art school for about a year mainly to receive teachings on Tai Chi and Kung Fu. I love that they promote teachings on traditional martial arts and show all the philosophy incorporated into the forms. Great school to learn self discipline, gain a deeper sense of self, and overall gain a sense of well being. I learned alot about myself through martial arts, much recommended to those looking to gain further internal/external strength.
