I used this business a few weeks ago and although the facility is older, it was suprisingly clean. The attendant rarely looked up from his laptop but when asked for items to purchase he responded. I had to leave briefly to feed my grandchildren and returned just a few minutes after my wash would have been done. The facility was fairly busy but did have several washers available when I returned, and after a several minutes of inspecting the 2 washers I had been using, a woman came up to me and said my stuff had been removed by the attendant as she was in a hurry and needed the washers. I then had to go to the attendant to inquire where my things were. Had he been paying attention to his customers, he would have seen me come in and advised me of where my items were. Poor customer service and no level of concern to my obvious dismay. As a retail manager, being aware of my store and my customers is my first priority. I will not use this business again.

They have updated the interior somewhat since my earlier review, but overall I would lower my rating from my first review. The new paint on the walls is not enough to make up for the constant machines being out of order; the a/​c not being used when it is very uncomfortable inside; and the latest «rule» change that no longer allows customers to roll the carts out to their cars to load or unload your baskets… Owner is not very customer friendly… Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I normally come here to drop off my laundry and they are good on next day service on having them cleaned and folded. I enjoy knowing all my socks and clothes are separated and not mashed in big bundle and if it’s a nice shirt or pants they have them hung to dry
Can’t complain.
Only thing missing here is iron dry cleaning service but other than that.
I’m an occasional customer that trust them w clothes

I never use this laundry mat for the machines so I can’t say if it’s expensive but I always use their wash and fold service when I’m short on time during the week but I really need my laundry done.
They have it ready for me when I need it. Even if it’s same day, especially if the owners are there. They are very pleasant.
I think the service is reasonably priced. Those that are complaining about the price are probably very cheap. I think it’s around $ 1 per pound of clothes for wash and fold. This sounds reasonable to me considering at home It’d cost me detergent, softener, electricity, and my time.
I’d highly recommend this place to those on a time crunch with laundry at the bottom of their to-​do list

I had a very good experience cleaning my clothes there. It was clean and definitely not overpriced. It wasn’t packed with people and so i was at peace while waiting for my wash and dry to get done.

Definitely overpriced. Their prices are at the top end of any coin op I’ve ever used, for small washers in a dingy little store. And the lady running the store hovered around me, moved my stuff without asking and took the washer I told her I needed. All in all — not the best experience.

Sooo overpriced and hard to get around in. The washers are crammed in one little area, and the place overall seemed dirty. There’s a tv at the very back, but like I said, it’s so small that I waited in the front of the building where it wasn’t so tiny. The good thing is that it’s right next to the public library so if you have a library card, you can log in to the wifi and use it without any problem while your clothes wash.
