Aggressive Appliances

We bought our Bosche Dishwasher at Aggressive Appliances a few weeks ago and have been over-​the-​top delighted with our new appliances. But more importantly, the experience we had with the Aggressive staff was top-​notch. Chrissy in the showroom was well-​informed and not pushy in the slightest. Our delivery logistics were communicated to us in a timely manner. And the delivery team was absolutely wonderful during the installation. I don’t think most people realize that Aggressive’s prices are on par with Lowes and Home Depot. But in addition to great prices, I’m not sure anyone beats their service. Can’t wait to go back and buy a Big Green Egg this December!

I called for a quote on a clothing washing machine repair. Instead of charging me for service visit, the Service Manager gave me a couple of easy steps to fix the problem myself. He saved me time, money, and frustration. I will be calling them back for my dishwasher… it’s on the fritz!

I had Aggressive Appliance Service install and repair my Fisher/​Paykel Dish washing Drawers for 8 plus years. Finally, the repairs were just too expensive, and so I told them not to repair it anymore, until we decided what we wanted to do about the Dish Drawers (love them!, but they have a faulty design). They said they had just put parts in, that I had not paid them for. (They were out so often, I really didn’t remember.) So I said come and take out the part you just put in. (It was one of the water running motor that had failed. $ 450.00 worth.)
Today, 9 months later, when I decided I would repair them. Another repair man came out, and told me that not only had they taken their latest part, but had ALSO taken the «lids» to the two dish drawers, and the motors to the two lids that lower them onto the drawer.
So they took their part, plus parts that were paid for by me, when I bought the dish drawers. Now my repair man says, to repair the Fisher/​Paykel dish drawers, will be $ 900.00, because of all the parts they took away.
So they had cannibalized my two dish drawers without my knowledge. Until today, when I decided to repair them. NOW, I have to either buy two new dish drawers (expensive), or just put a new regular dishwasher in. I am SO mad!
Do NOT let these people work on your appliances! They will totally mess you up. That was just NOT ethical, nice, or honest!
I am out $ 1,300.00 for the dish drawers that won’t work now. AND having to buy a new dishwasher: about another $ 1,000. My husband is thinking about taking them to small claims court: For a total of $ 2,300.00
Do NOT use their service. BTW: Fisher/​Paykel only has one authorized service repair here in Orlando: Aggressive Appliance. So don’t buy Fisher/​Paykel.!!

Don’t respond to emails, sent several quote requests, will buy someplace else.
