I leased a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath with a den from Amantyx Property and Management for a year. The minute I saw the unit and the area I felt at home. Hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, amazing accents! I immediately signed a lease and moved in three weeks later. The night I moved into my unit, my apartment flooded due to a malfunction with a sprinkler head in the hot water heater closet. Mr. Perez was with me through the entire ordeal. He made arrangements for my emergency housing and worked around the clock to get me back inside my new home before the holiday season. Mr. Perez and his staff are more then involved when it comes to the safety, and satisfaction of their tenants. The staff at Amantyx Property and Management has been helpful & accommodating & the maintenance staff responds quickly & competently. The office staff is as professional as it gets! Trust me… If Mr. Perez would not live in the unit himself, he would not lease it to you! My reason for moving had nothing to do with Amantyx Property and Management. I just decided that I wanted to live in a house as apposed to a condo. I was told they would always have a home for me if/​when I decided I wanted to lease with them again. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a leasing agency that is in it for the tenants and not just trying to fill up an empty unit.
