Recently bought a home in Oviedo. I got several quotes from AC Contractors to replace my original ac system. I have a son with allergies, so I wanted to assure I would get a quality system. Pat, was extremely helpful. He went through all of the specs of the different systems, explaining SEER ratings, filter options, as well as ultra-​violet devices killing many germs in the air. Make a long-​story short, the new system is great. The air quality has dramatically improved. I realize, from the outside, many ac contractors seem the same. I ended up picking Ambrose Air, because of the time Pat spent with me, explaining everything. After my meeting with him, I felt he understood exactly what I was looking for and sold me a system I would be happy with, without breaking the bank. Thanks Pat.
