We’ve been for a few Magic games, no other shows. They have a decent selection of fame food including pizza, hot dogs, tacos, popcorn, pretzels & … BUFFALOCHICKENWAFFLEFRIES. Gift shops across the upper& lower levels, plenty of branded Disney merch to be found, which is off putting if you’re used to any other basketball arena. Always a fun night, plenty of bars & tapas in the area if you’re looking to make an evening of it.

I’ve been to the Amway Center numerous times. I’ve seen some great concerts, basketball games, and even for a fun Orlando Predators game. No matter where I sat I had a great view. The there is really good. The staff is always as courteous and helpful. I really can absolutely say that I’ve never had a bad experience at this great venue in the heart of Orlando.

Don’t crucify me, but I’ve never been to Amway till this past Thursday’s Solar Bears game. Guess I’m not a sufficiently-committed Magic fan, nor would I stomach some of the bigger acts that play there, with their requisite exorbitant prices, further jacked sky-high by scalps. So, I was impressed with how beautiful this place is. Seats are comfortable; staff are friendly and well-trained, and all the necessary facilities seem to be in place. Not sure how they’ll stand up when they are busier than 1⁄20 full, whether they sell a better selection of beers at other events, or whether you’re stuck with the ‘standard’ N.A. pedestrian selection.

Amway Center is a beautiful arena! I’ve been to a few Magic games and Solar Bears games, and it’s always spotlessly clean. It’s easy breezy getting to/from via I-4. Parking is ample nearby and not completely outrageous($ 10 for the lot across the street for Solar Bears games). The food and drinks are tasty, but I do wish they had more craft brews and not just the basic Bud Light/Miller Light/Coors Light. The bar that has all the liquor does carry Goose Island IPA. One thing I’m really impressed with is how darn friendly all the employees are. They all seem genuinely happy to be there and thank the patrons for coming.

I’ve been here for all types of events(Magic game, Solar Bears game, and concerts) and I’ve always enjoyed it! It’s a huge arena with plenty of choices as far as food and drink. The bathrooms are plenty and clean. I’m not sure how great the view is from up above as I’ve only ever sat in the lower bowl. The seats themselves are not the most comfortable. We sat in one section where I had to put my knees to one side as the seat in front of me was so close :(but thankfully it was a solar bears game and we were able to move back a row in order to not be so cramped. But the view is great! I would recommend to eat and make sure you’re hydrated beforehand as food and beverage tend to be a little pricey. I left an umbrella here(my favorite Guinness umbrella) and I called security after and they said it hadn’t turned up yet but they would call me in the morning either way(great customer service!). I did get a call but it didn’t turn up. :( All in all, I’m happy to have such an awesome arena for all the special events!

This was our 2nd trip to Amway. The 1st was for a Magic game but this time was for the Ringling Brothers Circus. I thought it was truly amazing that they had Ringling Brothers vendors selling traditional circus snacks in the hallways. Snacks like peanuts and popcorn and cracker jacks. The prices were reasonable and all the little kids seem to be so excited. The fun was contagious because all of the Amway employees were just as excited to have us there. Even though our seats were literally the second row from the top of the arena the view couldn’t have been any better. The only downside was that we wish we would have brought our jackets who knew elephants liked it so cold. Are there snacks were available like hamburgers and hotdogs at the normal vending and everything was kept clean and well organized. The restrooms were fantastic and it was very organized getting out at the end of the night I am very impressed with the Amway and look forward to visiting it again for future events.

I have never been to a nicer basketball arena. Whoever designed and constructed this facility that opened in 2010 knew exactly what they were doing. Open, natural light, kid friendly(the kid zone is a MUST if you have children. They thought of everything up there, even a kid friendly concessions stand with lower counters). Additionally they had plenty of concessions around the arena that were locally sourced which is great for the Orlando market. Additionally — I took a tour of the facility as I was there for a work event and we were able to see what he views were like from the lower bowl all the way up to the OZONE upper deck and honestly, there is not a bad seat in the house. For sitting 18,500 it felt like an intimate setting. The branding was also done in a great way. They had three permanent feature(Kia, Southwest and Budlight) but everything else was digital, which is good for brands that want to change their messaging throughout the long NBA Season. The acoustics and the jumbotron were also very nice as they really brought the whole game experience to life. I got to experience a little bit of the game, and it was great. Lots of fans cheering, a great Orlando Magic app which lets you order food to your seat, or merchandise, and the service and staff was all top notch.

I had the pleasure of attending the UFCFIGHTNIGHT in December of 2015. Parking was extremely easy to find only about 5 minutes walking from the arena for only $ 5. The merchandise was extremely expensive, as was the beer. I expected the beer to be expensive, but $ 13 a beer was a bit extreme. I gave this arena 4 stars because the Jumbotron was incredible. It was actually extremely difficult to watch the fights and not stare at the fights on the tron. It is huge and crystal clear. Seats were easy to find with plenty of assistance to navigate us to our seats. Graphics on all screens were vibrant. We sat on the club suite level and had a blue light shining in our eyes between fights, but only happened about 4x or so. I was a bit upset with standing in line for concession to get a Pepsi because I didn’t want to have more than 1-$ 13 beer. The stand had Pepsi signs everywhere and had the prices for the drinks and the fountain stand clear as day. I stood in line for 10 minutes for the worker to tell me there was no soda products at that stand. I was a bit annoyed and was guided to another stand that had about 13 people in line. Needless to say, I just went and sat down thirsty lol. Great show with a great staff in an awesome arena!

I’ve been to two Magic games recently thanks to Unilocal. The Amway is a huge upgrade from the old O-Rena. I was amazed at how different it is. I didn’t try any of the vendors because it’s quite pricey. Bathrooms were large and clean. The first time we parked in one of the Amway small lots. That was nice and we were able to see all of the players cars on the side street as we walked up. The second time we parked at a separate business because the prices were lower and right across the street. The games were fun and all of the effects are great. I look forward to another game.

My son and I went to the Amway Center for a Magic v. Celtics game in late November. I was very impressed with the arena. We parked at a city lot two blocks away that was 10.00. Walk wasn’t bad at all. Our seats were approximately eight rows off the floor on the corner. We had a carvery behind our section and the cut beef was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, food was good and reasonably priced(in terms of areana) and I would visit again in a second. Very easy to access off of I-4. Keep up the good work!

there’s a reason this is the #1 arena in the country. the thought and effort put behind every detail shows how important the fan experience was to the design team and to the ownership. be prepared to feel like you’re at a shopping mall when you walk around the arena but like you’re at a huge event once you step inside the actual event room. I recently visited for both NBA and UFC and the ease of getting in and out is a blessing compared to the old Amway. it is in a tough part of town but what major sporting arena isn’t?

I have been to the new Amway Center in the past(Pink concert) my seats for that event were so bad I felt like I was going to pass out… I was so high up! I went again for the Magic game and I was upfront(Thanks to an Elite Unilocal event)! It was a better experiance, very clean and very bright! I do miss the old amway but I do like the new one.

Caught a Magic vs Knicks game Thanksgiving eve. Even though I was in the nose bleed section I still could see the game just fine, when people weren’t walking passed. Huge huge building that represents/exudes Orlando.

Amway Center is a great venue. It is clean, bright, and easy to figure out. I was sad when they closed Amway Arena. I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it, and Orlando Magic tickets got decidedly more expensive when they moved to Amway Center, but having visited other arenas I really think Amway is one of the best. Parking. Now unfortunately, one of the parking lots under I-4 has closed due to the massive construction project they are beginning on that road. However, there are still many parking opportunities. You can park under I-4 for $ 10. There is also a garage and lot near what used to be Club Paris where you can park for $ 10 and a few others. There 2 garages, one on each side of the arena. Parking is $ 20 there. There are a few places behind the police station where you can park for $ 5. If you are willing to walk 5+ blocks you can actually park for free if you know where to go. I appreciate that no matter your price point there is a parking option for you. Security. Security is pretty simple. They check your bag and you go through a metal detector and then scan your ticket. Not too bad. Then you pick whether you go the East or West Terrace. Seating. The seats are cushy and pretty roomy. The black seats at courtside are really nice, but I rarely get to sit down there, but even if you are a larger person there should be room in even the standard seats. Food. There are lots of different options here. You have the standard fare of hot dogs, chicken fingers and nachos. However, they also have pizza, popcorn, sushi, Cuban, Mexican, and for a while they even had a gluten free booth. I am a huge fan of Ronas and Ritas the outside bar where you can chill and overlook the city. Obviously though, you are at a venue. Expect to pay $ 10 for a beer or $ 15 for a cocktail. Always a downside to venues. Finally, there is play place for kids on the 2nd level, so if kids get restless in their seats you can take then somewhere to run off their energy. I really like Amway. I love how clean, bright, and energy efficient it is. I love going to Magic games and concerts here. I wish more concerts would come here rather than Mud Florida(yes, I put mud on purpose.)

I’ve had premium suite seats for the Lady Gaga concert, nose bleeds and lower bowl seats for Magic games, and as close to court side as my nose will allow for the circus. Pretty much any seat here is a great seat… of course it can depend on the event and where the stage is at but again any seat I’ve had here as been great. I love all the upgrades and places to hang out here. It’s great to wonder around and check out old Magic team items like Shakes HUGE shoe or team jerseys and pictures. The food is your standard fair but its good nonetheless. The area around the arena itself is also revamped if you haven’t been here for a VERY long time. It’s bright and lively during events which is great. The closest parking lot is GEICO which is fine, but if you have questions, don’t ask, the employees won’t really help you even if you look a little lost lol.

4 Stars for a crazy-upgraded arena with all the gadgets and gizmos you can think of! I’ve only been to the arena for Magic games so far but each time I’ve seen the schedule I’m insanely impressed by the turnaround from basketball to ice hockey then to a concert and back to host a fundraiser. It’s insane! The arena is huge! The moment you walk in you notice the sheer size of it all and begin to wander. There are many bar options including Rita’s which is open-air and right at the top of the iconic spear. Then there’s the Grey Goose Lounge which is a fancy bar where the dress code is strict. In terms of restaurants here’s a tip: You can make a reservation at Jernigan’s before the game and enjoy it from great seats while sipping on wine and eating some delicious food. Wanting something local and casual? Hit up Bento, Gringos Locos, or Black Bean Deli. The prices may be high, but you’re at a sports game chowing down on fantastic Cuban food– so worth it! The one thing I’d note is that the attendants in the Geico garage can be a bit snippy(not sure where the breakdown in customer service is, but it’s been a few encounters). Overall, I’m proud we have a great venue like this for our professional team!

Estádio super moderno, casa do Orlando Magic.

Amway Center is the main stage for entertainers and sports fans(particularly the Orlando Magic and Solar Bears) in Orlando, Florida. I have visiting the arena for concerts and mainly for the Orlando Magic Basketball games. I’ve mostly sat at the nosebleeds sections lol and a couple times in the lower bowl but none so far in the box seats or those coveted courtside seats. I’ve had good experiences in the arena but sometimes going pass the front doors through security is a hit or miss. They are mostly friendly but I’ve met some few bad apples. It sucks because that is the first experience you get when you go through the door. The seats are stadium style which most arenas are nowadays. The arena is clean and the bathrooms can be said the same thing. As you can imagine, «Amway» Center is named after Amway the business that sells almost anything you can think of, so they have a ads of their products and product placements inside the arena. It’s actually not that bad cause the soap inside the bathrooms is not the harsh stuff lol The food available during game days are varied that gives more options than you think. Gringo Locos and Black Bean Deli has their shops in there. Bento Café also has a small stall that roll sushi. They also have your other usual fare such as burgers, pizza, and beer. For your parking options, you have their Geico Garage which is 20 dollars to park. Then the surround lots under the i4 bridge has 10 dollar parking for most game nights. Further away, you may find 5 dollar parking. If you are like me and like to find cheap parking and don’t mind a nice 10 minute stroll then, go away from the arena for less than half a mile, you’ll find meter parking that is free after 6PM. All in a all, if you happen to be in town and like to catch a game or your fave entertainer is here, come check it out!

If I had to, I’d describe myself as more of a B-side listenin’, small venue goin’ kinda chick, that takes her music very seriously. But when a good band beckons, you heed the call and travel to wherever they may be. The Black Keys were calling, and I answered, so we packed up and hit the road for an arena concert in Orlando. And, I must say… WOW. This arena is absolutely amazing. I was ready for the«usual» all out concert onslaught of drunk people, long lines, horrific bathroom situations… and didn’t find any of that here. The line to get in moved so quickly, it probably took less than 2 minutes. They actually scanned Adam’s credit card for his ticket info, which was a breeze(and no worrying… did you bring the tickets!?!) The employees working were super helpful, and made sure we headed in the right direction, but after that, the signage is very clear, so we had no issues and didn’t walk in circles trying to find our seats. The longest line we experienced was for beer… but with so many stations set up, it was only about 5 minutes.(UNREAL!) The restrooms were spotless, had attendants manning it, and there was NOLINE. I really had to scratch my head a bit… everything was so CONVENIENT. So, on to the show. We were in the 100’s section, but still had a good view of the stage. The sound was superb, not too loud that it shakes your whole body, but just perfect. But the lighting, projectors, screen and stage show… Shut the front door. It may have been a year since I’ve been to an arena type show, but I was truly floored. Amway is top notch. The projectors and screens… all HD and moved up and down with immaculate precision throughout the show… just brilliant. The lighting was on point and added so much to each of the performances. I’d see another show here in a heartbeat.

First time visit I must say it is a nice arena. We were there for the 3:00pm. Trans Siberian Orchestra so the megaton TV thingy was not in use. Paid the local lodge $ 10 to park in their lot one block away. The area around the stadium truly has been transformed. The street lighting is without a doubt the BRIGHTEST I have ever seen for road lighting. I’d dare say these things may be LED lights due to the cool welder’s light color they radiate. Double lamps every 30 feet or so and on both sides of the street. OMG almost need sunglasses! Loo Review Tour ended up being two thumbs up, for which was never expected of a stadium venue. The water was actually near hot coming out of the faucet. Spacing between seat backs and stadium seats is a bit tight for those making the tiny bladder inconvenience run. Sorry– should have put me on the end off the row if I’m gonna be drinking all those $ 12 beers. Exiting the facility appeared to be less than congested and without any negative delays.(Didn’t use I-4 but Church to OBT to 408) A guard even going the extra distance by thanking us for coming out was shocking. I mean, really?
