Manager Dewey of bcbg/​Max Azria is THE BEST!!! Can we please have this kind of knowledgeable, friendly, amazing, helpful people in every store? I go to Orlando’s outlet at least once a month for work, (bringing European tourists) and found the perfect gold evening wedge sandal but not in my size, he found them for me in a store up north, had them shipped to my house and I got the perfect comfy heels for about $ 20 plus shipping priced down from about $ 200
Then, recently I got the super cute Brent jacket for under $ 100, when unfortunately it was stolen from my hotel (I don’t appreciate you, marriott airport!) I looked online and it was sold out every where except on e bay where someone wants $ 220 for it (used, new it was$ 268) I called Dewey at Orlando bcbg on international drive and he found me one in the perfect size for around $ 60! You are the BEST !!! THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!

This store is a great place to shop especially to buy dresses for special events. I usually don’t write reviews for shopping stores unless they have something special. This place I found special because of the customer service. There was one lady who was extremely friendly and helpful and when my sister left her phone in the fitting room they didnt steal it and she managed to get it back (thats a big deal with your on a trip away from home, a phone is a necessity lol). I really appreciated that.

Lucy helped my daughter find the perfect dress for banquet. When they didn’t have the dress in her size in this store, Lucy looked up all the stores across the country that had the right dress in the right size, made sure they sent a pic to verify the dress was the right one, and helped us finalize the transaction with the other store, even though she didn’t get a commission. By far the best, most thoughtful, friendliest competition I’ve experienced in a long time. This woman deserves a promotion!

This is the BCBG outlet at the Orlando Premium outlets. Every time we are in Orlando we try to stop by this store. Usually the majority of the sale is on sale, although keep in mind that BCBG is an expensive brand so even on sale most items are $ 60+
I have gotten a dress here for about $ 40 or so and a boucle jacket for about $ 40. Their fitting rooms are silly in that the mirror is outside your room so you are forced to display to everyone!
