It’s alright. Mediocre shouldn’t be a goal. But I don’t blame the servers or cooks or managers. The place is neat and clean and they try to make it exciting with lots of sports on their many televisions and also with events(like darts, trivia, karaōke). The menu isn’t that diverse. The food is ok and I personally think that’s a Corporate choice rather than the individual restaurant. Some of it is good and some it is not(medium spicy wings should be spicier than Tabasco and actually make your tongue tingle). It’s not very impressive but it’s not disappointing. Not much else to say.

Per the Orlando Sentinel, Feb. 23, 2016 «A Beef O’Brady’s restaurant and an Orlando neighborhood Italian eatery were shut down by restaurant inspectors this month for roaches, dirt, debris and unsafe food conditions. The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation temporarily shut down the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s restaurant at 14807 E. Colonial Drive in Orlando on Feb. 16 after inspectors found evidence of roaches and „Tortillas chips in box above reach in freezer in cook line area with live roaches inside, ice inside ice machine with dead roaches inside,“ the report said. There were also rodent droppings in the freezer and throughout the kitchen. It took two days and four inspections before the restaurant reopened on Feb. 18. On those follow up inspections the following day inspectors continued to find roaches throughout the facility. They counted more than 85 during on the follow-up visits.» Original Article here:

For all my life I have familiarized myself with the variety and quality of Beef O’Brady’s food and service. I come from the county of Brevard, a place where Beefs is a common local venture for those in search of a good burger or wings in the ultimate sports bar atmosphere. Whether it be a whole football team and their families after a double over time thriller against the satellite seahawks youth football team, or just a group of rivaling friends going to watch the Florida vs. FSU game, Beefs has always offered its locals a welcomming attitude and quality service. My most recent encounters with Beef O’Bradys have been in the Orlando location. Its most recent location in Bithlo off of east colonial is a rather new store developed in an effort to reignite the Beefs persona in Orlando after a failing store in Waterford. I have had two in-store experiences. One of them being most upsetting as my and my fellow Beef O’Bradys campanions chicken wings were terribly overcooked as well as a dissatisfying discrepancy that occurred with our curly fries. My second in-store experience was rather mediocre althought it was slightly less upsetting. Choosing to sit in the bar area, our server who was also the bartender was rather negletive to take our order. Over 15 minutes occurred between the time we sat down to the time our drinks made way to our table. A true pinnacle of righteousness in the service industry, Jon taffer, claims that all customers should receive their first drinks within 5 minutes of being seated. This location of Beef O’Bradys fails in regards to this aspect of service. And althought our food was fine in quality it took upwards of 45 minutes to make it to our table. An inappropriate time regarding the less than half capacity endured in the restaurant at the time. Again I reference Jon Taffer, star of the hit show«Bar Rescue» and experienced restauranteur, in that he claims it is never acceptable for food to surpass 30 minutes bettwen the time the order was taken and the time it was recieved. My most recent encounter with this location has been via takeout. A very unpleasant experience ordering my food by phone was followed by a hurried ans insincere transaction by the bald, Jabroni-esque server who resembled that of a substance abusing body builder. The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the severe aridity of my chicken wings. This was most upsetting because of the fact that I specifically asked for extra sauce and made it abundantly clear that the large amount of sauce I requested was of the most importance to me. Overall I give this location of Beef O’Bradys two stars, and reccommend to tourists and locals in search of good wings in a sports bar setting in the Orlando area to hit up Buffalo Wild Wings.

I have to say overall our experience was pretty good. Decent food, fun for kids, server could have been more at tentative. The bad part was the rude and obnoxious people sitting next to us. Their kids were out of control. They literally wanted their food for free. The were loud and rude to management. I have never seen a more low class display in any restaurant ever. I feel bad that the restaurant had to bow to their demands at all. They said they won’t be back and I hope for the sake of the restaurant that they won’t. Such a shame to be so rude to people who serve you

Two months ago I came here with my wife for lunch. To make a long story short, it was a complete disaster. The service was HORRIBLE and the food was MEH at best. We saw people calling ahead arrive that had to wait another hour. One woman was so mad the manager had to beg her to even take the food. To make matters worse I wrote up a very detailed review and attached it to the new business submission and it got lost in the black hole. I never reposed the review after that. About 3 weeks ago I ran into one of the kitchen staff from this store. He assured me that the issues were being addressed and that I should give them another chance. I told him I would consider it but after my first experience, I have a lot of reservations to be blunt. Well today I headed to Bithlo to check out a new Unilocal listing which turned out to be a sub shop in a gas station. NOTHANKS!!! I headed back towards home and I thought I would give Beef O Brady’s a second chance today. To be honest, I just did not feel like dealing with the Waterford Lakes traffic. I pulled in and had to wait for the rain to let up before making a dash inside. It was very slow for a sports bar on game day but I just assumed it was the rain. I sat at the bar and ordered a unsweet tea with lime while looking over the menu. I saw the guy to my left was eating and asked what he recommended and he said everything was great. That was music to my ears after my last trip here and I chose to have a coup of the soup of the day which was Tomato Basil and the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. First up was the soup and to be candid, it tasted like it came out of a can. A bit of salt and pepper helped but it was underwhelming to be truthful. The burger came out and it looked impressive. The flavor was a different story. The meat was bland and it was just OK at best but not something i would order a second time. The fries were much better than the first trip but you could tell they are not fresh made fires. I would classify this as basic pub grub but nothing special. I had to ask for ketchup, salt and pepper, my lime, napkins and was never given silverware. The bartender was very nice and extremely friendly but failed on most of the basics. It was not even that busy because of the weather so there was really no excuse for overlooking all of that. The satellite reception was out during most of my visit there for the game I wanted see. That is the down side of having satellite instead of cable. They also had the most depressing selection of Country music playing which made for a Meh mood. A more upbeat station of country music would have helped tremendously. The WIFI allows you to connect and that is it. I suspect it is tied into their satellite feed that was having issues. Appearance — 5 TV Feed — 1 WIFI — 1 Background music — 1 Service — 2 Soup — 2 Burger — 3 Fries — 2 To sum it up, I will likely never return for a third visit.

We REALLY wanted to like this place. It would be wonderful to have somewhere like this that didn’t require a trip to Waterford or Oviedo. We waited a couple of weeks hoping that they would have the kinks worked out. First, the good-our server, Kaitlyn, was very good and friendly. No complaints. The fries and broccoli were very tasty, too. Now, the not-so-good: the hot garlic boneless chicken wings were small and way too salty. Meh. A happy surprise was that kids eat free on Tuesday, but the pretzel mini burgers(no cheese– didn’t notice that on the menu, but we did notice the .99 refill charge for kids milk and juice, which I guess is fair– just so you know) served to my daughter had very small patties that were overcooked and tasteless. My daughter who can eat a full-sized burger, left one of them uneaten. That never happens. My wife’s cheeseburger was just bland and my garlic beef melt was not the thin tender beef I have had in the past at other O’Brady’s. Rather it was kind of tough and sliced thicker. And half the sandwich had no onion. I took a single bite of the other half and the onion surprised me. Mild annoyance– the Coke freestyle machines just never taste right regardless of where they are. Again, we really wanted to like it. With that location, they could have a goldmine. But it just wasn’t good. The staff was fine, service was good, but considering the food, we will probably just drive on by next time.

Great food and our server Olivia is so sweet and attentive! So happy to have a great spot so close to home and NOT having to sit in traffic to go all the way to Waterford! Will certainly be back in the near future!

$ 5.49 burger day lunch. No fries sub steamed broccoli. Great place with new owner and management. No comparison with Beef’s 1&2 on the very much better positive side. Great friendly servers. I like that they have a separate party room and games to keep the little ones busy spending your money. Lots of TVs with a variety of different sports.
