Great place to hang out with friends love the atmosphere. Played a few rounds of pool. Had a few drinks. Great experience. Definitely a place to return.

Bar tables are terrible in the bar area. I ordered a chicken Quesadilla. They bring me 3 tacos. That’s what they say is a quesadilla. Bowling area is nice and clean. Severs are all nice and polite.

Looks like we found our new bowling spot. This place is huge, and most important, clean. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and they have a full bar. We will be going back.

Based on size alone you have to give Boardwalk Bowl five stars but I’m sticking with my average score of three.
While the place is huge, has good staff, and always has open lanes, it could use a little freshening up and clean in my opinion.

Great hangout spot on a Sunday night with a 3-​games for $ 10 dollar deal (including shoes). They always have cool music on and dim lighting. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! Since they upgraded the lanes, it became a frequent hangout spot for me and my friends.
For non-​alcohol drinking people, get a fruit slush for just $ 1.60! Good enough for the price.
Pool tables are available for $ 1.00 bill a game. They are fine if you just wanna have fun time, but alot of the sticks are not in good condition. Shoes are given free with the deal, however, some of them are worn out from inside which might get annoying during the moves, i would advice bringing your own bowling shoes.
I recommend Boardwalk Bowl for group hangouts!

Go every week with my husband to play pool, have drinks and great food… And some weekends go bowling with the kids!!!

I enjoyed bowling here. It’s large, spacious, and well lit. The lanes have lots of room. Employees were courteous. The price is not bad either. I will say the traffic to get here is horrid and makes me give it a four star review rather than five. I know it’s not the fault of the business but it definitely impacted my enjoyment.

Well I like to call this bowling alley the little brother to Kings Bowl and Lucky Strikes (Washington DC). That is no disrespect to the owners or the designer to the place which is a cool but similar set up with a couple of different things. The layout could use an upgrade in color scheme and the feel could be more warm and inviting. At times as I walk in it feels dark and not very hospitable. It feels like someone just got some stuff together and threw it together to call it a bowling alley. It doesn’t have the «man I gotta come back here again feel» It’s more of the «okay I had a good time but I could do without it». Granted they may not have the structure or cache as Kings Bowl or Lucky Strikes but they do hold their own during the week, so I will give them that. They have a comedy show on Friday nights which is different, not sure if the others have it as well, which is great to give an alternative to bowling and video games. Also I have tried the food and it’s good given that it came from the bowling alley (not sure if you can expect Gordon Ramsey level type of food) but they hold their own. I guess everyone can’t have excellent food like King Bowl and Lucky Strikes, but we all have to start somewhere. The staff is friendly and very helpful with your needs as a customer, which always weighs heavy with me. I like the big tvs by the bar so you can play pool or have a drink while watching the game or somtimes movies. They have a great beer selection and a full bar with different liquor choices which is always a winner for me. They do have the standard late night bowl for the enthusiasts and those who come just to hang out. Overall a good place to have fun, bowl, and drink.

I have been bowling here for the past 8 years and no other bowling alley has been as equivalently awesome as this place. I’m pretty sure this is one of the biggest bowling alleys in all of Florida and it offers an array of entertainment from an arcade, diner, bar, mini golf, billiards, and birthday parties. At night it also lights up to make it fun and exciting for anyone trying to have an enjoyable evening with friends to just let loose and bowl.
It gets really packed on some nights, especially Thursdays bc everyone wants to do unlimited bowling. So sometimes you have to wait to get a lane. However, when you do, there are a ton of bowling balls to choose from so you can always find your preferred weight and hand size preference. They also deliver your food and drinks to your lane when you order.
If you’re one who wants to perfect/​improve your bowling game this is a good place to do it. You can have a lane all to yourself and get a lot of space from people if you’d rather be by yourself and focus. Bowling state competitions are held here every year so you will often see people practicing. I used to bowl competitively and was here every night for weeks and always had a lot of fun. I’m always excited to come bowl here and it is one of the highlights of East Orlando, especially when you want to have a fun night out with friends.

Although there is heavy duty construction on the main road (Colonial/​SR 50) along the shopping strip where this bowling alley is located, it’s worth the hassle. Boardwalk Bowl is a quite large bowling alley and they also have an arcade (you win tokens and trade them in for prizes), an indoor miniature golf course (that I have yet to try), snack bar and pool hall.
The place is fairly clean and staff is very helpful. If there is no one at the «prize counter» at the arcade, just let the on duty manager know and they’ll take care of it.
They offer great deals throughout the week and went I went on a Tuesday, it was $ 1 per bowling game between 9am and 5pm. Also, the pool hall offers free pool (again, if you can’t get it to work, just grab a staff member and they’ll be happy to help) after 2pm during the week.
The snack bar offers a large variety of food and it’s super cheap! For instance, $ 7 for a 10″ pizza, $ 5 for a large calzone, etc. The food also tastes pretty good for bowling alley faire. However, they almost always get my order wrong and our «waitress» was not too friendly this time around.

Huge bowling alley. 2 Bars. 20 beers on tap. Awesome sports bar. What’s not to like? Had a Dukes cold nose brown ale yummy with a club sandwich and huge portion of fries. Craft beers selection is decent also have full liquor bar. Bartenders are professional and attentive.

I’m not into bowling but I came here with a group of friends who wanted to do just that. I have to admit, I had a pretty good time even sitting on the sidelines where there was a waitress coming by to hook me up with nicely priced beers and decent (but not impressive) bar food. Afterward, we semi drunken adults, had a great time in the arcade playing a variety of games that were refreshingly old school (like skeeball).

If you’re looking for a large bowling alley with different options, this is the place for you. I’ve come here numerous times over the years and I feel it’s become more outdated with every visit. My biggest problem with BB is the lack of ball selection. Many people grab more balls than they need and at other bowling alleys, staff will go around and collect those balls that are not being used. They don’t do that here and those of us who need balls, can’t find any that fit or that are weight appropriate for children.
We arrived during Cosmic Bowl, which means the alley lights are replaced with black lights and everything glows. They also play music and that’s another huge problem at Boardwalk. The selection of music was really inappropriate. There were many families with children, and all they kept playing was really old Hip Hop geared towards adults. They have TV’s that play the video of the song and many of these videos were not appropriate for children. None of the songs were current and it certainly wasn’t varied which I found to be very annoying and certainly not age appropriate.
The bowling part is well priced, that’s the one positive I did find. Don’t bother going to the arcade, it’s highway robbery. Most of the games are 6 credits and up and it’s not worth it. You can win tickets but unless you win over 300 tickets, it’s a waste of money. The arcade games are old and many of them are out of order.
They offer a comedy club called Bonkerz but I did not enter that part of it. I did notice the place was packed so they must have good comedians performing. There are also pool tables in the middle of the alley and they are located next to the main bar. The beer was cheap and that’s a plus, about $ 6.25 for a pitcher of Bud Light. In terms of food, very limited. I did see the Mini Golf but it didn’t look too attractive, it seemed really small and cramped. There are many options for bowling in Orlando and based on our visit, we’ll be looking for a new bowling alley.

If you’re in this area and you want to go bowling, this is probably where you should go. They also have a nice arcade and comedy club.
On certain days they have specials for cheap bowling. They also have leagues, and league member discounts.
My only complaints is that their food isn’t the greatest, but hey it’s a bowling alley, not a restaurant. And sometimes their lanes break down, drop pins or don’t register shots correctly.

Starting to show its age a bit. Went on a Friday nice open lanes, the lanes were not full of oil, and the balls werent all oily.
The lane didnt lock up on us, pricing was like $ 3.50 for shoes and $ 4.50 per game a little high but there should be some coupons somewhere.
Went over to the game room, but no one maning the area, games looked like same as ten years ago. They have bonkers but have read reviews and they arent that great.

Biggest bowling center in town! It has upwards of 70 lanes, a comedy club, arcade and a couple bars. It’s housed in an old Wal-​Mart, so you can imagine the size if you haven’t been here before.
The lanes are maintained well and if you’re a bowler like I am, you’ll enjoy bowling on these lanes. They offer many leagues you can join, Tuesday being one of the largest I believe. They also have moonlight bowling on Friday nights, which is $ 15.00 to bowl three games and a chance to win money which is a lot of fun. The prices here are much less expensive than some of the «fancier» bowling centers around town.
The bar towards the entrance has an awesome selection of craft beer, which is awesome to see at an older bowling center since most only offer domestics and that can get boring after a while.

Out of all your bowling choices in Orlando, I would say Boardwalk comes in second after Kings. I have several reasons for this assessment.
1. The alley is huge, they probably have twice as many lanes as any other alley in town besides Firkin (which is my least favorite bowling joint). This means you will never have to wait to get your bowl on!
2. It’s not just a bowling alley; there is also a comedy club/​bar with plenty of pool tables in case you get sick of throwing around heavy balls, and a decent arcade for kids to hit up if they get bored.
3. They have good weekday specials and hourly lane rates. I wouldn’t say they are much cheaper than other places, but the prices are close to AMF and I’d rather bowl at Boardwalk any day. Firkin and Kings are much more expensive.
They keep the place relatively clean and I usually feel comfortable visiting the bathroom (unless its a Friday or Saturday night, when all bathrooms get wrecked). I don’t love the food but I’ve also come to expect very little of any food that comes from a bowling alley kitchen. Bar beverages are reasonably priced at $ 15 for premium pitchers and $ 5-​$ 6 for a mixed drink.
The surrounding area isn’t the greatest but unless you are overly paranoid it’s not a reason to avoid coming here. Ultimately the pros outweigh the cons and I find myself here quite often, attempting (and failing, thus far) to get that perfect 300 score!

Boardwalk Bowl is more than just bowling (although there is a lot of that). Inside you will also find a comedy club, an arcade, and a bar. The bowling alley is huge. I have no idea how many lanes there actually are but there are enough that I’ve never had to wait for lanes to open up, even on very busy days. So that’s a plus.
I’ve been here for kids birthday parties which are tons of fun (seriously, the kids love it). I’ve also come a few times just to bowl with friends and that is fun too.
I think this is a fine place to come with family during the day, but at night things get a little weird. On a recent Saturday night I brought my teenage daughter and her friends out for bowling. From the couple making out in the photo booth to the toddlers running around screaming at 11 at night, the people just bugged me.
I wish they had staff just patrolling the place to keep an eye on things. I honestly would not have felt safe dropping the girls off to bowl (even though I would drop them off at the movies or even another bowling alley). So, that’s that. I just get a bad vibe from the people that hang out here.

All I can say is wow! This bowling alley has lanes on two sides of the building, thats how big it is. See you have lanes on one side, lanes on the other side and in the middle is where you get your shoes, and that’s where the snack bar is towards the entrance of the building. As soon as you walk in there’s a bar on the right side. Full liquor service. Game arcade on the other side, hence the name Boardwalk. I am told there is a mini golf course although I never saw it. The food was really good. The environment and atmosphere was very pleasant.
Great place for groups, and family get-​togethers. I would go back.
