Worst Experience!!! Saw all the good reviews and thought I would try. Big mistake. Made an appointment which they confirm, then cancelled saying the doctors will be out. Then I ask to reschedule. I go to my appointment and find out I have been double booked with another patient. The exam rooms are paper thin and I can hear everything the other patient is talking. Mostly small talk about 40 mins!!! They made me take time off from work to accommodate their reschedule and they double book and delay me. Then they are all off for lunch, I would have needed to wait 3 hours total to see this doctor. I asked to cancel and confirmation that I wouldn’t get charged. The staff refused to give me documentation, and had to teach them normal doctor office procedures before they provided me with confirmation. Awful customer service, bad attitude, and over bad experience!!!

Great experience. Definite upgrade in experience over high-​volume corporate chains, or storefront kiosks like you would find in Walmart/​Target. Staff and support team were professional and fun and Dr. Yip was punctual, informative, and efficient.
Had great recommendations on how to maximize my insurance benefits.
Highly recommended.
