Is it possible to give zero stars? I had been going to this place for injectables for well over year on a recommendation from a client. I loved my results so I brought my mom along with me a few times as well as another friend and sent countless people as well. Well, not anymore! The last time I had an appointment, I had scheduled for both myself and my girlfriend(who drives from Melbourne). My friend had gotten stuck in traffic on the way, so I went first. I told the woman that I was happy with what we had done and she told me it was an amount of units that didn’t sound right to me. I questioned it and she got hostile with me. I mean, you’re injecting things into my body, can’t I have a say in it or even a question?! We finally came to an agreement. After we were done with mine, my girlfriend was still 10 minutes away. Being that I am in an appointment based business as well, I know how it can mess up your day when someone is running late. So, I told the woman that my friend said she loved what she had done last time and that it had been the perfect amount(thinking I was doing her a favor and giving her a compliment and a heads up so she could be prepared). She began to berate me(all with a belittling smile), telling me she was«in the medical field! Would you call your doctor and demand that they fill a prescription that was not prescribed before they even saw you?» I was dumbfounded. I said, «no. But I would say, hey doc, what you gave me last time worked perfectly. Why mess with a good thing?» Well, she was not satisfied with my response and left the room. When she came back in, I asked her if I offended her because her response had been so over the top. I told her that I am a hair stylist and that if a client came back to me and said they loved what I had done with their hair the last time(or even relayed that message through a friend) I would be elated and flattered. She continued on her rant and then followed with repeating over and over, «don’t take everything so personally. Life is too short.» What!!! My friend arrived by this time. I didn’t want to tell her about the altercation until after she was done, so it didn’t make her nervous or apprehensive. After my friend had received her treatment she said, «I think she injected more units than I got last time. I told her I liked what she did the last time and she convinced me it had been an amount higher than I remembered it being.» Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place!!! The staff is great and sweet but the owner/operator(whoever she is) is out of her mind! That’s not even a lack of customer service, that’s a lack of respect for other people. So, not only will I no longer be referring people there, I will be letting people know to stay far away!

After looking around for the best tattoo removal facility, I decided to choose this place and I was right! Of course is a painful and expensive process but I already knew that(always do your homework), Elli explained me that a few sections will be needed in order to completely remove my tattoo(up to 10) and offered me 2 different options to reduce the pain. This facility is very clean and the staff is very professional and organized, just show up a few mins prior your appointment time and they won’t make you wait. I will be posting before/after pictures. I do recommend this place!

I love this place! Ellie always makes me feel comfortable and I’ve been coming to Breeze for 2 years now. They appreciate their clients. I won’t go anywhere else.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such an all-around terrible experience with a business. I went to Breeze Laser for a black-lettering tattoo, which, according to my research, should have been the easiest type to remove. The technician told me it would take up to 10 treatments to remove, but after 17 treatments, none of the ink had faded; instead, I was left with severe hypopigmentation and hyperpigmentation around the tattoo. The technician then confessed that she may have been treating my tattoo with the wrong laser setting and that I should probably try Wrecking Balm(a cheap, over-the-counter tattoo treatment) instead! I was appalled. All along, it seemed to me that the technician/owner of the business was more concerned with trying to get me to buy treatment packages and expensive skincare products than with actually treating my tattoo! To add insult to injury, her attitude and customer service skills were deplorable. She always acted as though treating my tattoo was a terrible nuisance, and if I asked any questions, she would quickly become annoyed. Eventually I decided to try another tattoo removal service in Orlando and got much better results from a much nicer technician — who this time was actually a medical doctor! I wish I had initially taken the time to do my research instead of wasting two years and thousands of dollars at Breeze Laser. If you’re looking for a tattoo removal center in Orlando, I exhort you to do your research and actually schedule consultations to get your questions answered. You’ll notice the difference! I can’t comment on Breeze’s other treatments, but I would steer clear of this business for tattoo removal!

Learned about an event at this location. I immediately RSVP’d b/c I’m really interested in getting my tattoo removed. When I arrived, I was seriously impressed. They offer quite a variety of services. There’s something for everyone! I learned about VelaShape for skin tightening from Van. Her presentation was quite informative– she almost has me convinced to try it. I was also able to speak briefly with Ellie about tattoo removal– I will be scheduling a consultation in the next few weeks. It was also great to see Sam from SkinCeuticals. He and I worked together years ago when I worked in Occuloplastic Surgery. And of course the 10min chair massage offered by Tamara from Orlando Sports Chiropractic was exactly what I needed :) They definitely know how to throw a party. Everyone was über friendly. The spread from Rocco’s Tacos was delish. Looking forward to coming back

The owner/technician of this place is rude, unprofessional and lacks the knowledge of what customer service is. She tried to convince me that my tattoo removal only showed signs of being done on one half because my body reacted(just this one time) differently. Really lady? Within a 3 inch square space, half came off and the other half never even showed signs of being done. Total Ripoff! The ‘owner’ responding below says that the issue now is with how my tattoo was done. How exactly do you explain the entire tattoo reacting ‘evenly’ during the first two sessions performed at YOUR office and then ALLOF A SUDDEN, only half shows signs of being lasered? Did the quality of my tattoo change between the second and third sessions? Mind you, I recommended this place to a friend of mine who also had the same exact experience. And if you’re going to respond to my review, take the time to address the attitude of the owner as well.
