I had stopped going to this car wash for about a year because the (salesman when you pull in) red beaded Latino guy creeped me out. He has always been very pushy. Regardless, today I was in the area and could see from the street they did a remodel. I pulled in and the same guy was still working here ugh. So I did the $ 28 works package and declined the $ 10 extra for wax.
I went inside to wait and the place has been refreshed except for the old filthy brown rugs are still there.
Buff It, has never been fast but I will say they did an outstanding job on my car today. I would go back again if I am In the area.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Here’s what happened. I paid for a $ 28 works which is a detail clean outside and full interior wipe down including windows, door panels, dash, console area, you get the drift.
Your car goes through the machine cloth wash and so far so good. Then they wipe down, dry the outside, and hit the interior. I went over to put some items from the back seats to the trunk. I look over to the side where it had been scuffed months back and they took off a lot of scuff which I didn’t know could ever come off. SO HAPPY about this but then…
They finish and I park my sedan to wait for our sports car which was getting a full wax. When parking it, I start to look around and see they didn’t wipe the doors down good or any other interior that good like my cup holder. So I’m like really? I could have sworn the initial guy explained this was included.
So I go to one of the outside guys and he wipes the door a bit and was like, that’s all that can come off basically, like I have never had my car cleaned in my life and don’t know what clean looks like. So at that point why even bother. He didn’t even check to see how everything else looked. He didn’t do the interior but if you have a client mentioning something as an error, don’t you think you may want to double check everything else?
Then, I’m just venting to my hubster cuz I don’t want to be mean or angry with anyone. I finally ended up at the front desk and asked what is included in the works. The lady says it’s in the brochure and I am thinking, wow, you can’t tell me yourself and point me to read your pamphlet instead of speaking to me… I read it and ask what her meaning of console is just in case I forgot the English language for a second. Well, clearly she didn’t want to even speak English and quickly tried to pawn me to one of the outside guys to which I told her no. I already spoke with them and that’s why I am here to speak to you but just forget it, I know not to come here next time time. (Side note. — aside from her POOR customer service, I could tell she didnt want to speak English. I do speak 3 languages and could have spoken hers but NO WAY!) So she’s like, ok. And I walk off. All the meanwhile the owners girlfriend/​wife (according to my husband) was just sitting listening do NOTHING…
Long review short, owner lady comes back to fix things and they cleaned the car more but damm. What a fiasco. Thank you for rectifying it BUT had your initial guy took less than a minute to double check accuracy none of this would have been my experience. ALSO, had your front desk lady not been so extremely unprofessional, perhaps this would be a 4 star review and a returning customer!

I love this place. I have to get my oil changed about every 6 weeks because of the amount I drive, and I always come here. $ 36 gets you an oil chance, car wash, and vacuum. They’re very professional and friendly, free wifi in the waiting area, and plenty of amenities while you’re waiting.

The «salesman» greeting you upon arrival was so rude that I had no choice but to leave and have my car washed elsewhere. Because I didn’t want the $ 25 wash he made it seem as though I wasn’t worth his time and that he wished I hadn’t come. So I left.

This is the worst car wash ever, first it can take over an hour to get a regular wash for 26.99 amd when they finish the car still looks dirty. Dont come here

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. After a 2 hour wait, the employees were standing around texting no one was working on my car. When they finally did, the car was WORSE than it was before. There is a weird nasty grime on my volume control on my dash that wasn’t there before. They basically sprayed armor all on the dash and didn’t wipe any dust or dirt. I was given a couple for a free car wash next time for my long wait but honestly, even if it’s free, you’re overpaying. This place is horrible and I’m so disappointed with their «service.» At least wipe the car down if you’re going to act like you «cleaned» it. Pictures are attached. For $ 40 I expected MUCH better quality of work.

I came in on a Saturday when everyone is usually getting their car washed and oil change and they did an amazing job. This is like my 3 times here and I love it. I did the synthetic oil change and cleaned my tires since I got rims. They gave me a free car wash. Its funny because they even give me points for every time I come to work towards a free car wash. Everything came out to 68.99 not including taxes, but all the other places were trying to charge 79.99 for synthetic oil change without the bonus car wash. I’ll stick to these people. They are the cheapest and do a good job.

Just got my car detailed and it lols AMAZING! With 2 little kids it certainly went in as a challenge! They cleaned EVERYTHING! Love this place!

As always they were very courteous and did a terrific job. My car looks like new again!

I have had my car washed here quite a few times. I’m always very pleased and never disappointed. My car always looks great when they’re finished. It can get quite busy on weekends but they’re always very courteous and do their best to keep things moving. I’ll definitely continue to come here!

Not a good job and service was worse

Just had the special $ 50 hand wax… very underwhelmed. Wax left in the nooks and crannies and to be honest I don’t think they waxed the back hatch. The included detailing was half-​assed. I can see the wipe marks on the windows and the center console is a mess. Will need to find a new carwash!

I wish I had read the reviews first. I could have saved myself $ 50.00 and cleaned my own car. Not impressed at all. They did a fair job on the interior, even through they didn’t do a good job cleaning the windows (top border of the windows were not cleaned), but my leather seats looked really good. I think they’re vacuum must be clogged because the vacuum job was comparable to a vacuum job at a gas station. The tires looked great, but the exterior wash was poor. I think may be they rush the job on my humble little car just so they can get to the luxury cars. I expected better, and I was let down.

You don’t want to go on a Saturday or Sunday. Took them 2.5 hours to do my car and it was only a half decent job

Really can’t stand this place. Came here for a synthetic oil change once, paid for it, then was notified that they don’t have any synthetic oil and I need to come back on a day when they do. Why did they not notify me of this BS before charging me?! Another time I came for a car wash «the works,» thinking they would at least do a semi-​decent job with the exterior/​interior. I was so angry when I drove off after picking up the car, because my antenna flew off on my way home. I guess the car wash was too intense for my car but they had propped the antenna up to make it look like nothing had happened. The dash was wiped down I guess, but my car collects dirt/​sand really quick. The floors looked just as dirty as before. Just bought a bunch of shit to clean my own car, can’t trust anyone else to do a job as good as I expect them to. Never going to this place again.

I frequented Buff it years ago in the first couple of years it was open. It wasn’t great then, but it was convenient and decent. I quit going a few years back simply because their work became sub par. I decided to try them once again today. Took two vehicles there. They are friendly but again the work they perform is below average. They seem more concerned with getting to the next vehicle than meeting expectations. Just one example today was paying extra for cleaning the wheels. At first glance they looked good. Only after leaving and viewing the car in a different position did I realize they only gave attention to the part of the wheel you could see when walking up (as viewed from the top of the wheel). I wish this place was good. It is very convenient to me and my time has value. Unfortunately, they got my money for the last time. You can only over promise and under deliver so many times.

It’s really more 2.5 stars, but I’m feeling generous so I’m rounding up. The car wash was not busy so it could have been a sign. I do agree with another reviewer that this place used to be a lot better. I have not been back in a while since I don’t live on this side of town anymore and while they are still very quick, the attention to detail just isn’t there. I purchased their «The Works» wash which was $ 24.99. My car was very shiny on the outside from the Sealer and Wheel Brite, but the interior was not as clean as I would have expected. There was still dust on some spots in the console and dash. They supposedly conditioned the dash, but I think it looked worse after the conditioning than before. They did vacuum most of the dirt. I have a black interior so it is easy to see anything left behind. I would try their detailing services, but after reading some of the other reviews here, am hesitant.
Bottom line: It’s not bad of a deal for a car wash with vacuuming and some detailing. For $ 24.99 it beats doing any of it myself. There are not that many car washes like this in the area so if I’m around I can see myself returning.

I just don’t know how to feel about this place. Yes, you are greeted as soon as you drive in, but then you are schmoozed so that you purchase the most expensive car wash they offer when you just want a basic car wash and interior vacuum. The facility itself looks beat down and could use some serious rehabbing. Sometimes I feel like I’m in the ghetto and the truth is it is right near Hunters Creek which I consider to be a nice neighborhood. What ever happened to ladies day on Wednesdays? Do they not offer that anymore? I went last Wednesday and did not get any sort of discount. Like I mentioned, very mixed feelings about this place but I haven’t found any other good options besides generic gas station car washes.

I sadly have to agree with some of the reviews here. This place is mediocre at best. If you are lucky, you might get someone good detailing your car. But it’s more likely that you will have mixed results, with lots of spots left uncleaned, not vacuumed, not washed, bugs on the windshield, etc. if you are really unlucky you’ll end up with a new ding in your door or a broken wiper. Or they will put their own dirty footprint on your clean mat. Or forget to clean the fingerprints off the windows. They may tell you your car will be done in an hour and a half, and it will take THREE hours. Bottom line: You’ll pay top dollar but rarely if ever get the results you hope for.
All of the above has happened to me at this place.
The owner is on site (i believe he is the owner), and they do have managers, but they have TONS of excuses for everything, instead of just getting it right the first time.
I wish I had the funds to open my own car wash, I know I could do better!
