5 stars! I had someone hit brand new BMW. Geico referred me to Car-​O-​Van. They did an amazing repair and paint work and got everything done in 3 days. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

This is a great local business. I have been here a couple of times for estimates and repairs. Everyone in the office here is helpful and professional. They have a very convenient location and always treat me with exemplary customer service. They do a great job handling insurance claims and have very quick turnaround on their service. Even if the insurance company suggests somewhere else, I prefer Car-​O-​Van.

This shop was in my insurance list so after doing some research I chose them for my repairs. The communication while the car was being repaired was very good and it was done in a timely matter. I went to pick up my vehicle and the work that had been done was very poor to say the least and it was not minor things. The paint job was very bad it had drips and bubbles as well as you could see that the paint had not been blended in to match the rest of the car. They also burned the paint when they buffed it out in several areas.
They also put the same broken lights back on as well as a used light from a salvage yard that was broken and had water going inside due to the seal being broken as well as it was all scratched.
I had to leave without my car as they needed to repair it correctly. There was no communication at all after that until I called them two weeks later to see what was going on. It took over 2 weeks for them to re do the work. They did a good job the second time around but they did not even come out with me the second time around while I checked the car. Would not use this shop again.

Brought my 2014 Chrysler 300 here for storm repairs, mainly because my insurance company uses it as a fast repair (express) shop. They’re also close to my work. So first of all, they did a good job fixing my car, $ 1,900 worth of work, including nice job on the paint match. (burgundy pearl coat) Here’s my issue: I pick up my car, turn my radio on, and the bass is jacked up to max. My car has Beats Audio, including the subwoofer in the trunk. This is still a new car, less than 8,000 miles and there is plenty of bass. The treble and midrange were turned up too. Not cool. My car isn’t your personal entertainment system to play with. I will never be back and I won’t recommend them to anyone either.

I have used this place repeatedly and would highly recommend it to anyone. Excellent service, work, they don’t cut corners. Great place all around.

It Starts The Minute You Walk In and Continues Throughout The Entire Process. We TRUST them And Even Take Other Body Work Like Painting To Them When There’s Been No Collision. This Company Has Not Been In Business Over 30 Years By Accident! They’re The Best!

Recently, someone backed into my parked Jeep. Ouch. So once I straightened things out with the responsible party’s insurance company, I had to find somewhere to bring it to be repaired. Geico suggested Car-​O-​Van, so I brought the car there the next day. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful from day one. They let me drop off my car early because I was due to leave for a trip that weekend. They fixed my car up within a few days and had it looking like new. The body work and paint job was perfect and I had no issues with it. The employees were extremely nice and always willing to accommodate me. They even let me drop off my rental car with them instead of making an extra trip to Enterprise.
If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need repairs after an accident, this is an awesome place to go. I’d definitely use them again.

The called me each day with their progress and although I had problems with my insurance company they continued to work around the insurance company. While taking care of my car the rental car I was driving sustained damage (not my fault) and the rental car was taken to this company by the rental car company. Again Car-​O-​Van jumped right on the repair minimizing my out of pocket expense. Great service.

Very friendly and professional staff. Free mini sodas in waiting area. When work is being on they called me at every status change until it was done. Highly recommended, especially if you have GEICO because they’re an official repair place.
