I’ve had nothing but a good experience here. The staff is warm and friendly and I highly recommend going to these guys.

People beware this office will try to take your money and then deny service. My son went out of state and I paid carlyle and the orthodonist out of state. Carlyle received payment in full mind you the payments included monthly visits. When I called them to continue care because my son came back they informed me that they wanted an additional 500.00 when I refused because I told them the account was paid in full i was told the doctor would not continue care. Of course after they took the 3300.00 so now I have to find another provider. The person who handles accounting is incompetent and rude doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Kept telling me my son hasnt been there since april 2013 when my son first had his braces in jan 2013… I have recorded conversations on the information I was given. I’m going to contact my insurance provider to file a complaint they claimed funds from my insurance and didn’t provide the services which is fraud and charged my bank account for services they never provided.
