I first met the owner, JT, in doing business with CFBI’s sister company, Elite Mold Services. We found mold in our house, and he came out to do the pre– and post-​remediation inspections. During that process I found out he and his team also do full home inspections with Central Florida Building Inspectors (CFBI). I was so impressed with the work on the mold job that when it came time to buy another house, I called up CFBI. Ended up having them inspect two houses — the first had a major mold issue, so we backed out of that deal thanks to CFBI’s thorough investigation. For both houses I received a very detailed set of reports with photographs of everything they found. All the reports were electronic (PDF), so they’re easy to access and share and you can keep them forever.
I wouldn’t use anyone else for a home inspection in Central Florida. And if you need a mold inspection, call Elite Mold Services. You can’t go wrong with JT and his crew!
