Centurion Plumbers

After buying a house in October we realized that there must be a water leak next to our house. The ground was completely saturated and the soft ground made it impossible to even walk on. Two Orange County Water technicians and a different plumbers assured us it was a leak in our neighbors system, and told us to «have them fix it»… But turns out that they were all wrong!
Within 10 minutes Raul had identified the true problem and we were able to make the repair. Thanks to Raul our water bill is 50% less and our yard is finally dry.
Hopefully I won’t need a plumber for a while, but when I do … Raul is the one I’m going to call.

Raul with centurion plumbers is one the most honest and reliable plumbers in Orlando. (Not too many out there today) Over the last 8 plus years I’ve dealt with them many many times and referred them to quite a few customers and I would do it any day of the week. I trust this company so much That if they are busy as all good companies usually are, I wait for them unless it’s an emergency which in that case they take care of it immediately. I have also done emergency services on a Sunday. Most companies to my experience will charge you a ridiculous amount just to come out. Centurion plumbing has been more than fair and reliable over the years and I highly recommend them. I’m sure everyone has different opinions on several aspects of rating a business
time/​price/​reliability etc… this company is A+ what sets them apart is the fact that once a repair is done it’s done right and you won’t have to re-​do repairs as I’ve experienced in the past. They guarantee their work and they are very good at what they do.

Centurion plumbers has made two repairs at my home in the last six months and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I understand the previous review from another customer explains an issue with the appointment time, but Raul was the plumber that I dealt with recently and he repaired my shower valve quickly and patiently answered all of my questions! The difference of opinion between customers is the beauty of reviews like these, but I’m sure the plumbing industry is subject to emergency calls dictating response times for the non-​emergency calls. Long story short, I have nothing but good things to say about Centurion and I haven’t had any issues what so ever with the repairs they completed!

I had an appointment with a guy named Raul for 11am, at 11am when he was supposed to be at my house i called him to see where he was and he said he had not even left his office yet but would get to me at 1pm the latest. At 1pm i called him to see where he was and he said he just got on to the 417 and was still 20 minutes away. I tried to express my discontent with the situation and he raised his voice on the phone to say, DO YOU WANT ME TO SHOW UP OR NOT. i told him we had to reschedule for the next day at 11am. The next day instead of coming at 11am he got to my house BEFORE 10am and woke us up and shut off our water before we could even wake up. I am not pleased with raul’s disrespectful demeanour and i would give him 0 stars if i could.
