Chick-fil-A

This restaurant was a very consistent experience with all others that we’ve been to in the chain. The sandwiches were super fresh and very hot. We were served immediately and the line was non-​existent because the staff was very efficient. The free refills of the sugar free iced tea and the sugar free lemonade are always appreciated. Their staff was also very attentive observing what the guest needed throughout the restaurant and making sure that everybody was having an excellent time.

Im from Boston, and I am just not use to the service provided at a fast food restaurant. My bf and i was so confused when employees were bringing us food and asking if we wanted a refill. Zak was so polite and helpful. I literally just left and had to write a review. They managed the drive thru line amazingly too. An employee was outside running to cars to get their orders and another was outside personally handing their food from the window. Also food was amazing. Wish we had one in Boston.

It figures that the time I decide to not bring my camera with me and not to take any pictures while on vacation is the first time that I run into a CFA location that wasn’t even close to living up to the standards that devotees have come to expect from this chain.

Picture it, two Saturdays ago it’s a little after nine and we’re tired from a long day of travelling especially with being two hours plus late into MCO. We decide to stop here because it’s close to the airport and because it’s an easy off/​on the turnpike.
We enter the store to find water all over the floor by the front entrance as the floor is being mopped and around a third of the tables have left over trays/​garbage on them along with both garbage areas being overfilled.
Nice first impression.
A few other quirks include not having any regular lemonade available since «it was late» and initially being asked to pay for fruit cups for our kids meals after our order got screwed up and they included fries when none were asked for.
Most CFA locations usually have customer service and cleanliness that borders on wonkishly-​Stepfordesque with a dash of OCD in terms of how they normally try to get everything right the first time. Here, the impression I got was that it was Saturday, they close in less then an hour, so who cares?
Not that I plan on being in Central Florida any time soon but if for some reason I’m back in the future this location is on my «No» list.

Love their food and their service is always outstanding. My only complaint is they are not big enough to handle their large customer base. I have had my car blocked in by the drive thru on more than one occasion.

The feeling and attention you get when you enter any Chick fil a is unbeatable. This one is no exception, good and friendly people providing a quality product day in and day out. They treat the kids so well and their prices are worth what you get. Great job South OBT location

French fries and chicken nuggets are too salty, not healthy for kids and adults, bad for customers with high blood pressure and heart problems.
Manager Greg, from the store in South OBT-​close to Hunter Creek. This individual is very nasty, disrespectful, has no customer skills. I was victim of the worst verbal abuse any female or senior customer should have ever experience, a place that is supposedly religious.
I am 64 years old and the meal was for my grandkids… 3 years old and 7 years old.

Nice Chick-​Fil-​A here just off the toll road. You know they all are as I haven’t come across a bad one yet. We popped in right at the height of a weekday lunch hour but were served quickly. Our food was brought out to the table (love that now as it cuts down on the crowding at the counter) in no time.
Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. The dining room server even came back a few minutes later to offer us refills. Great service.
Don’t park where the drive-​thru line can block you in like happened to me. Rookie mistake that I won’t repeat.

First off I don’t like Chick-​fil-​a, my wife does. I wasn’t even going to write a review but after the experience I had at this particular location I felt I had to write one. Although I don’t care for their food I could not believe the experience I received while dining here.
First off when we arrived I found some trash was in the parking lot. No big deal until I saw and employee not walk but RUN FULL SPEED to go make sure it was picked up immediately. You may think oh well maybe he dropped it and was chasing after in because it was a windy day. Nope, it was not his and it was not a windy day at all. I actually think he was running so he had time to hold the door open for my family and I. Upon holding the door open he apologized for having trash in his hand. He then proceeded to welcome me and wish me a wonderful day.
After gazing upon the menu the counter staff greeted me and asked me how my day was going so far before even asking for my order? weird? but inviting. She promptly took my order which we got for carry out and was overly nice about it. I asked my daughter while we were waiting for the food do go get straws, napkins and ketchup. Halfway to the counter another employee commented on how lovely my daughter (9 year old) looked today and handed her all the items I had already asked her to get.
Once the order was ready it was handed to me with a smile. I was even asked if I would like an employee to carry it out to my car for me? This is fast food, not fine dining why do they seem to care so much? I have been to about 20 different Chick-​fil-​a locations throughout the united states and this location by far has the cleanest facility and friendliest staff.

Best customer service in the area we rarely eat fast food but when we do this is the only one in the area that’s worth eating.

The nearest CFA to my home. I do not frequent this location, but I definitely have no issues here. The food is consistently tasty and the food is fast. Definitely will try to make it out here more often.

To be truthful, I haven’t been much of a Chic-​fil-​a fan in the past. It just wasn’t my thing. However, lately I find myself going a bit more than usual.
I recently tried their chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. So delicious in fact that my son ended up eating half of it (I was hungry too).
Another thing I tried recently for the first time at Chic-​fil-​a, and the reason for today’s visit, is the vanilla milkshake. It was incredibly delicious. I would even say better than other ice cream or shake places out there. I was very surprised.
The staff is super nice, as they are at most locations (I still laugh every time they say «my pleasure»). The drive through is tended to, no messes or garbage seen. I also appreciate the trash can after the windows (to ditch any previous fast food cups).
I may not have been a fan in the past, but they are quickly growing on me.

Chick-​fil-​a is my go to for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. And this location is by far my fav! The people remember you and your order and just make you feel good to stop in everyday. Clean (to be expected), fast (even when the line is wrapped around the building and to the door), and good is always hot! Although parking is a nightmare, just wait for the lunchtime crowd to either die down or go before lunchtime!

Normally, I love chick fil a restaurants. Never really had a bad experience… until tonight. Poor and slow service. It doesn’t look like anyone is in charge here, just a bunch of people running around behind the counter. Food and trash everywhere in the floors. All the garbage cans need to be emptied too. Ordered two lemonades and they poured them for us out of what looked to be plastic containers clearly not meant to hold the lemonade that is to be served to customers. This place needs much improvement tonight. At least the food tasted good!

The only fast food I actually enjoy.
This location has super friendly staff (as do most).
Had my dogs in the car with me and the girl working drive thru gave me two for them! Loved that!

Super friendly staff and tasty chicken. Dog treats for the pups at the drive through. Which I think always makes a place special for me.

For a fast food chain they are awesome. Everything on the menu is good but I usually get the traditional Chick-​fil-​A deluxe sandwich. Its what they started with and what they do best. The ice tea and lemonade are a little on the sweet side but I prefer these over soda anyday.

Maybe it is because I am from NY and we don’t have Chick-​Fil-​A up here but I lovvve these sandwiches! It is the best. The Spicy Chick Fil A is my favorite. I also love their breakfast sandwiches. The biscuit is rich and buttery.
The service at this Chick-​Fil-​A was excellent. Actually, I have never been to one with bad service. I can’t wait to come back to FL for my favorite chicken sandwich.

I’ve visited a half dozen times through the drive thru.
Love that this location is relatively close to the airport, and it has a nice easy – on/​off the expressway (toll road traffic light goes straight into the Home Depot/​CFA parking lot.
Every visit has a been a good one, and the staff have been great. Every order has been filled perfectly, and the food cooked to CFA standards.

Fries were undercooked. Service was good. Everything else seems status quo Chik Fil A, which is sort of a model fast food company. This place seems like it gets really busy at peak times.
Too bad the company doesn’t support equal rights.

This place can be a pain to get in and out of when it’s busy in the drive-​thru. That said, it was extremely easy to park next door and walk over to order inside yesterday afternoon.
Chick-​Fil-​A serves pretty decent food for a fast food chain. Gotta recommend the chicken nuggets above all else!
