The manager Mel here was extremely rude and the service was poor. Better service at the Sand Lake location!

I love chick fil a BUT this is the worst one I have ever been to. I eat CFA multiple times a week and each time I’m at this one I have a bad experience. Ether the tables are filthy or my order is wrong, I’m treated rudely or a combination of the three. I’m writing this review in light of my girlfriends and my last experience. They made her salad wrong when we asked them to correct their mistake they replaced it with the wrong salad. Then the manager who recognized my girlfriend as a regular customer had the audacity to scold my girlfriend for asking a second time that her order be served correctly. When the salad was brought out the chicken was on the side and leaving her to cut up the chicken that was supposed to be prepared and served top of her salad. I pray this CFA gets it together and makes the changes to provide the experience I have enjoyed at many other child fil a restaurants.

This Chick Fil A is not up to par with the rest. Got food here the other day and the whole thing was messed up. The drive thru line was very long, waited 20 minutes to get my food and they didn’t give large fries that were ordered, one of the sandwiches was wrong, the fries were ²⁄₃ full, and they didn’t even give us straws. I didn’t write a review because I figured it was just a bad day. Then, today, I went here again to give it another shot. They don’t take cash anymore in the drive thru, which is ok. However, I waited the long line for them to tell me they were out of their chicken sandwich! Are you kidding me? Never again

I love Chick-​Fil-​A, and this one has been great as well. Staff has always been friendly, food is consistently good– some of the best food for fast food you can get as I’ve come to expect from them. They are typically quick to get you in and out. As some of the other reviews have said there is a lot of construction nearby but they still keep this place up. We find this one a bit easier to get in and out of than some of the other locations in the Orlando area which helps when you have a short lunch break at work.

The food is what you expect from them but the service is a nice improvement. Even when the lunch crowd is pouring in they manage the flow of traffic well. The ladies at the pickup window are always friendly and professional. Nice experience overall.

Sadly we were one of 10 groups waiting more than 15 minutes each for our breakfast orders today. I have never been to a Chick-​Fil-​A that was so slow, so backed up, and whose staff was so confused. People were coming up to the counter saying they’d been waiting 30 minutes when we first arrived. We almost left. I felt sorry for the people working behind the counter. I have to blame management because I have been to lots of other CFA’s and NEVER experienced such chaos.
I hope they fix this issue.

Everyone who was working when I visited seemed to enjoy their job! You can’t say that often for a fast food place. My server was Carlos in Training. He was so good! Sincerely friendly, not a «pretend fast food server friendly». BUT! Being new to the south and Chick’s, I was shocked that the only thing on my sandwich with pickles and meat. I really missed the lettuce and tomatoes and onions. But, now I know. Otherwise it was really tasty. And cooked well.

Friendly and quick. Can’t ever go wrong with Chick-​fil-​A. Just seems to aways forget my sauce :’(

Chick-​Fil-​A always has quick service, quality food and pleasant employees. This location has never messed up our food or skimped on giving us sauces. Most fast food locations mess up on the special orders like no pickles, but in 5 years I have yet to have an unpleasant experience!

Service inside exceeded my expectations. Glad to have wifi service too!

Had their new Fudge brownie sundae last night. Outstanding! Gooey brownie, great vanilla ice cream and the whip cream was amazing! Yum!

This place is the best, and I mean all of them. Their customer service is second to none, and the food is always great. I would eat here everyday if we had one close to home and open on Sundays. There need to be more in Miami (only 1 ?)

Chick fila can do no wrong in my eyes! Well, unless they give me cold fries but thats an easy fix. The staff is always chipper, overly chipper if you ask me but hey its a breath of fresh air sometimes. Everything is great here, I love the chicken sandwich, strips, nuggets, ice cream and strip salad. For some reason I always want to go there on a Sunday.

I actually go in and eat the food at this location compared to others. The staff is friendly and there is never a wait. While you are eating they come and ask if you would like a refill or just ask you how your day is going?

When whatever higher power exists decided that Americans were going to grow fat, lazy and unable to leave their SUV’s, fast-​food was created. Over the years our fair country has seen many of these establishments come and go and others simply dominate the industry.
Well even God can see when a change is needed and that was the day she created Chick-​Fil-​A. There is no other way to describe the amazing greatness that is the original chicken sandwich.
An always perfectly cooked and gigantic piece of heaven between a just as perfect bun with two delicious pickle slices… it’s so incredibly simple. My recent visit to Orlando featured a stop here shortly after landing and another stop before heading back home. It was an absolute struggle to not have 3 meals a day here, but cooler heads prevailed.
Im actually happy that there isnt a franchise in the Boston area because I would literally choke to death from eating too many sandwiches

Well, in a group of four, I was the only one who decided to be ‘good’ and ordered a salad — which was very good, by the way. My two stars are for the salad. Everyone else had some type of chicken sandwich or chicken meal. I was the only one who didn’t get sick that night. E’nuf said.
