I came in for take out. The service was horrendous. No greeting at the door. I sat at the bar. Nobody even spoke to me for at least 15 minutes if not more. This is Chili’s. The theme song used to be «I want my baby back ribs.» At 4 in the afternoon with an uncrowded restaurant, they were out of ribs! The third bartender finally offered me some chips & salsa. The food looks good.

Love the healthy options on their menu. They have decent prices and good drinks specials usually as well.
This location is a mixed bag when it comes to service but they get the job done. It’s Chili’s, nothing special but not a bad lunch/​dinner out.

This is the worst Chili’s I’ve ever been in. I’ve never experienced such terrible service at any restaurant. I’m usually very understanding of servers being busy, but when you have one other table and never make it back to ask me if I need another drink, you suck at your job.

We tried sitting in the bar area. There was only one table available and it was dirty. We waited 10 minutes without someone coming to ask us what we wanted to drink. I figured we weren’t acknowledged because we sat in the bar area with only one server. Nope. Asked to be seated in the other area and waited another 10 minutes for a server to come to the table. The food was awful compared to any other chilis I have ever been to and the poor service was completely uncalled for. Stay away from this location!

Food and service was below average, but nothing emotionally bad. That is until I reached for my purse m next to me so I could grab my wallet and I saw a roach crawling on the wall next to me. I instantly felt disgusted and I called for a manager. I was basically told that nothing was wrong because the roach wasn’t on my table. That just isn’t acceptable to me. So now I’ll avoid this location at all cost.

We went here for dinner had a horrible service. They need more staff. We sat for an hour before deciding we didn’t want to wait for our food any longer and we left. I love their food and as soon as they staff up I would try it again.

Old Faithful! Chilli’s is really stepping it’s marketing up and I am so happy. Like any other food lover I appreciate a good deal. If my food is expensive it better be to die for, if my food is mediocre it better come with a great deal!
Chillis is my go to spot when I need a drink and something tasty. You can’t ever go wrong with their 2−4 – 1’s which have expanded to encompass more than just margaritas. Way to hit all areas Chillis!
I appreciate Chillis effort in maintaining a diverse menu and now they have awesome 2 – 4’s! I’m always down for the 2−4-$ 20 but now they have the 2−4-$ 35 that comes with an app, meal, dessert and specialty drink! Talk about perfect!
If you haven’t been to Chillis in a while you need to make a stop. They are holding the standard high and I couldn’t be happier. They also have super helpful on-​table displays that make ordering so much easier and efficient!

Service was awful! It took 12 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table. Another 12 minutes for water, and we didn’t get any eating utensils until we flagged someone down. Then, the waiter entered our meals in wrong… Another 30 mins wait! Check took forever to come too.
The food was okay, but I really wish the service was faster. We ate quickly and we’re still here for over an hour and a half.

We went here 2x on our vacation. The first time we went I would’ve given it 5 stars. The service is great, everything was wonderful, but the second time not so much. The food was horrible, the service was horrible and perhaps it had to do with the fact the college just got back in session, but it was a terrible. Our waitress never refilled our drinks, never returned, didn’t even bring out our food and was put out when we needed a bill because we didn’t have a credit card to use electronic machines they have on the tables. Based on the second experience I’d probably not go back.

We sat in the bar area. Service was OK.
I ordered the fajitas with chicken, beef and shrimp. The chicken was pale and I didn’t eat it, it looked unappetizing. The beef and shrimp were good. The tortillas were tough on the edges as if they were re-​heated. On two separate bites I chewed on a hot «thing» and I almost choked, I don’t eat hot peppers. I don’t know if my dish got contaminated from cross-​using utensils on different dishes in the kitchen or what. But tasting that hot pepper made me lose my apetite.
My husband ordered a mushroom burger that was good.
I guess it’s good if you’re lucky. The quality is not consistent.

Lot of food items are high in sodium so I had to limit my choices to the steak (hold off the butter) and small chili bowl. Food was good. Other people really enjoyed their food choices too so it was a good experience.

I heart Chilis but this one needs help with their frozen margaritas. Maybe it was just the one night we went but it tasted like sweet ice, no tequila at all. The Cajun Pasta should be taken off the menu because it is really bad. Hubby did not like it AT ALL. You can’t go wrong with their burgers or fajitas. We will stick with what we like, not the Cajun pasta.

Whenever my husband asks me where I want to go eat, I say Chili’s! I love the food and I love love love 2 for 1’s all day everyday. The only thing negative I have to say is when the menu was redone, my favorite all time sandwich, the cajun chicken sandwich, was no longer on the menu. But I must say that the little big mouth bites have been an acceptable replacement! So I will continue to be a loyal and happy customer.
P. S. Add some more spicy items to the menu! Love the jalapeño ranch dip! Goes great with a ice cold margarita!
