Clayhouse Academy

At first it was great, then when your baby’s supplies start disappearing, child gets bitten and promises for cameras (NO CAMERA) and parents night out (supposed to be every 6 wks — only happened ONCE in 5 months) never happens — IM DONE! Oh & they stole my daughters bracelet that she has been wearing for a year! STAY AWAY. One time I came in and there were 9 kids or more for ONE teacher! No wonder my kid got bit! IT MIGHT BE CHEAPER, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND DON’T PUT YOUR CHILD’S LIFE IN DANGER! STAY AWAY!

I agree with Roger J. I highly recommend this childcare facility and the professional staff. My children love it here and have nothing but great things to say about the staff. My son loves his teacher and gives her so much credit for his education. My children have been enrolled in three facilities in the Lake Nona area. However, Clayhouse Academy was the stopping point for me. Mrs. Clay is very passionate about the children and prides herself in selecting the best and most appropriate staff for our children. If there is a problem, you can go to her and she will address it immediately. So if you need to select a facility to care for your child, I would ask that you not base it on the following: 1) the facility, 2) the name, 3) the rate but base it on the professionalism that you get on a daily basis. With that being said Clayhouse Academy offers just that.

I do not recommend this daycare. There are too many children there. Although the teachers and place are nice, they do not have enough time to take care of all of them. They are ALWAYS short staffed and often join multiple groups so there is not time to teach new things to the kids or take care of them.
