I love this place for their sno balls. I’m from Louisiana and theirs are just as good! Fair prices for a tasty cold treat!

New owners. New flavors. New froyo vendor. And new products!!! I like the froyo, I love the snoballs!!! If you visited a few years ago and didn’t like it, give Cold As Ice another chance because they’re now combined with Seprock’s Sno!!! I never thought I would like a snow cone with ice cream inside, but it’s ridiculously delicious!!! Banana Foster is my favorite.

Bargain basement experience for same price as same shops of good quality. If you want quality fro yo shop, this is not it. Not a polished store with few flavors. Toppings look old and sad. Ground up graham crackers make me mad. The only pleasure I’m getting from this visit is the breeze from outdoor seating while composing this Unilocal review. What I’m trying to say is skip this one.. .

Ridiculous prices! Not worth nearly this cost for frozen yogurt. Almost $ 20 for two take home containers. Publix has premium ice cream for much much less. Not a chance I or my friends and family will ever visit this place again! The price is rediculous! The up side(tongue in cheek here) they did offer me lids for take out… Never again, and I hope most will read this and do the same. Fool me once… re-god-damn-diculous!

Sub standard froyo in a heavily saturated and matured market. I would never come back here if it weren’t for the remaining groupon I have. The toppings are old and taste funny — not sure when they prepare them but they’re not changed frequently. The mochi was hard as rocks.

I love Cold as Ice — There is always a good supply of flavors of frozen yogurt and lots of toppings including fresh fruit. My favorite toppings are the«poppers» and there are always at least 3 flavors of those available. When you walk in there are«sample» cups and you can try as many flavors as you like prior to getting the cup you will pay for. And they have frequent diners cards so you basically get«paid back» for being a regular. The owner works most nights — he is always friendly … and if he isn’t helping a customer he is walking around cleaning. The only thing I would change is the«syrups» which are very thin syrups instead of thick goopy fruit like they have at Menchies — and I prefer those types of syrups. Still, when comparing the two — Menchies at the loop is always PACKED — and more expensive … I’ll take Cold as Ice any day.(and do — we actually ate DINNER there tonight — since my friend and I both had a late lunch — fro yo for dinner!)

I really enjoy my time here. Staff is always friendly, Ice Cream is delicious, and prices are about the same as the other big«create your own» stores. Always a fan of supporting local businesses!
