Can I give a Zero? Talked to a young man desperate of making commissions and how he needs to pay off school and become a naval officer some day. Ok I fell for it. I like to meal prep because of my busy schedule and I love steaks. After thawing the meat in cold water for 15 minute I went to prepare it and the steak just started to melt. Disgusting. Called my sales man about it and he was kind enough to apologize and agree to come by to pick up the rest of the product. 5 minutes later I received a call from mike the owner and he was extremely rude. He said I shouldn’t be submerging the steak and went off on how I didn’t treat the meat right. Wow talk about poor customer service. I just spent hundreds of dollar for your product and you blamed me for mistreating it. Meat is meat it doesn’t melt when it is fresh. Do not buy from this company!

I sure wish I could give this zero stars. A guy representing himself as Gold Mountain Corral, a distributor of Colorado Choice meats, showed up at my home in Chico, CA, offering me these greats cuts of meat. OMG, it is so tough, it is inedible. All that money wasted. We have to throw it all away. Don’t be sucked in by people who show up at your door trying to sell you frozen meat off of a truck like this. An expensive lesson learned for me.
