Long story short, one of my RAM slots are bad, and they «fixed» the wrong part of my computer. They charged me $ 100 bucks and wanted to charge me more after the fact to try and «fix» another problem. I found which slot was bad and wasted $ 100 bucks here. There are also no refunds, so if they can’t fix your problem, they will only give you store credit. Bunch of thieves in here.
They also told me it was my RAM stick when it was clearly the slot that was burned out. They were going to charge me for the RAM stick instead of giving me store credit for not fixing the problem.
