I brought in my wife’s broken phone. They fixed her phone and kept the price very low. While the old man sitting by the window was a little strange, you can’t argue with great prices and solid results. WIll repeat.

Omg thank you so much Salwa! I came in with a broken screen and Verizon said I had to have it replaced before I could upgrade. I took it in today and Salwa said only my tempered glass was broken. So she took off the broken tempered glass, revealing the smooth crack free glass underneath! Apparently my phone was refurbished and the person before me put the extra protection on, I had no idea. They could have done what any other place would do and continue to fix it, I would not have known the difference. They are so honest and told me to ask groupon for a refund since I didn’t need it anymore. Thanks guys!
Update– I received my refund for the Groupon, the only thing I regret is not going to Connect PCS sooner. I now have a new Samsung Note 5 :)

Five stars for cheap prices and excellent service.
I dropped my cell phone and badly damaged the screen. This happened around Christmas, so I was too busy to get it taken care of and this made the damage even worse. I finally got around to getting it fixed and was shocked by how much people wanted.
We found this place on Groupon. They fixed my screen for $ 50! Most places wanted closer to $ 130. They also fixed it for this great price despite the extent of the damage. Because I’d waited so long, the LCD was exposed in places and they had to take a lot more time to fix the screen than with a regular break to ensure the touch screen would still work. They even told us that if they fixed the screen and the touch respond didn’t work they wouldn’t charge us!
Overall, great quality repair for a great price.

Bought a Groupon to have my galaxy s5 repaired… I asked them to wipe the front facing lens, because there was dust on it… they didn’t. The glass was not put back all the way down. It still lifted on the bottom corners. And all of my front facing pictures are extremely blurry due to them not properly cleaning like I’d even pointed out to them.

Did a great job fixing my busted iPhone 6 glass and LCD. The last time I got a replacement at a different place ruined my Siri function, this screen has it working again I’m so glad! Just don’t wait in the shop, it looks nice and smells great but there are many distractions, there were while I was there anyway.

I will NEVER step foot in this place again! cheaper does not equal better deal!!! i came in with a small crack and wanted to get it replaced yes they replaced it but my phone was missing screws and kept shutting off. (I found that out once i went to the apple store) but before all of that i went back and asked them to fix my phone again and it still didn’t turn out right my phone kept shutting off and freezing and just wouldn’t turn back on so now i had to re-​buy a new phone b/​c apple could tell that it was open and missing a lot of parts. unprofessional. they make you wait hours before they tell you anything but they continue to just talk and joke around. it was waste of time and waste of a day! i had to buy a new phone either way.
