CrossFit Kings Point

This is a fantastic gym. I’ve been doing CrossFit for over two years and have visited many boxes across the U.S. This box is well ran, has lots of space, has great coaches, and owns a great community. I joined after the first day.

This is one of my favorite CrossFit gyms. I do have many favorite crossfit gyms but the coaches here are excellent. They watch and make suggestions constantly for safety and improvement. I get better every time I do a WoD here. When I moved to Orlando everyone said this place was the best. I’m very pleased with my decision to join this gym.

I’ve been to quiet a few crossfit gyms because I’m a reservist in the Air Force, and kingspoint is by far the best gym out there. The coaches are knowledgable, outgoing and encouraging. The members are open, friendly and always motivate me to finish one more rep. The facility is amazing, and the music always gets me going. Kingspoint has become my home away from home and the members and coaches have become some of closest friends.

My husband and I were in town for a family vacation and dropped in. Very easy drop-​in process, had great shirts in stock, were family friendly and allowed our kids to chill in the lounge while we worked out. The run route is a little odd but the community was very welcoming and made it a joy to drop in. We actually tried to other gyms in the area and ended up coming back to KingsPointe for the last 2 days we were there for a visit! Great coaching and great environment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Decided the gym wasn’t fulfilling my needs; either my lack of focus or the repetitive, uninspiring workouts weren’t doing anything for me. I was invited to participate in a mud run, so I knew I had to try something new to prepare for the demands of the run. Crossfit seemed to be the answer after asking a few friends for advice.
I searched Unilocal and found two gyms in my vicinity and dropped into this one based on the higher rating. Wow! Crossfit Kings Point is a welcoming family. They showed me around invited me to take a class and I was hooked. I’ve seen amazing results in endurance, strength, and changes in my body. I had read about the negatives of CrossFit, but the coaches at this box (gym) make sure you are properly introduced to the ins and outs of a CrossFit workout: proper form, proper weight, pacing, etc. The other members were willing to answer any questions I asked and give feedback when needed. I’m loving CrossFit and this box in particular!

As a crossfitter coming to Orlando from Melbourne, I must say that this is a great Crossfit gym. Knowledgeable, welcoming, and dedicated staff. They offer student and military discounts. It is a nice size gym that makes you want to look and feel great. Stop in amd ask for Lindsay, you’ll live a longer, healthier life.

Great gym to «drop in» on. Rates are reasonable and the trainers were very personable. Will make this a stop whenever I am in town

Good gym but not great! I would go back next time I am in Orlando

I started CrossFit at Kings Point about 6 weeks ago and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while! Both Lindsey and Casey (trainers) have been amazing both teaching and motivating me through each work out. I can already tell a difference in both my appearance and strength! The prices are very fair (membership) and the facility is brand new which is a plus! The diet/​food plan they recommended is amazing as well. Have so much natural energy! I could write on for days about all the positives! Its addicting! 5 stars for the crew/​facility/​training at CrossFit Kings Point in Orlando!
