I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across this salon. I didn’t feel like making the drive to my regular salon and decided to try something new. The service was great and I would definitely recommend.

I tried this place due to Unilocal reviews and it definitely lived up to the reviews! Nikki did my nails and she did an excellent job! She was extremely nice she took her time with me which mattered big time since it was very busy. I will definitely be coming back :)

I have been to a lot of nail salons and none of them are quite like this one. The nail artists there are very diverse and have fun doing their job. First time there I was seated and the lady sat me down and started taking off my polish when client of hers walked in and said they had an appointment she said she totally forgot and had to seat me somewhere else. At first I was a little upset but out came Nicki to the rescue! She was pretty awesome. The nails I had were round and pretty messed up, she fixed them all up and when I was indecisive about polish she said ‘ombré it up’ haha so I did. This is definitely my nail spot in Orlando. Glad I checked them out. They all speak English which is a nice perk. I don’t like not knowing what other people are saying around me. They were doing a Christmas raffle to which is pretty fun. Love it. Will be seeing Nicki again soon!

This place is located in the big plaza that has Ace, Publix and Twistee Treat. It’s closest to Ace. This is the first nail salon that I have been to where all the people spoke English clearly and had legit conversations. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and the place is really clean.
Only downsides are the people who work there are a little too comfortable. If you want to get your nails done and sit there quietly, that’s not going to happen since they are all laughing, talking, listening to music and the TV and having fun. At one point the chick stopped with my nail in her hand to text someone. I normally work while getting a pedicure so I may or may not be back.

I found Crystal Nails on Unilocal and decided to see their work. I went for a coffin tip full set and Nikki took good care of me. She even recommended this cool ombré gel color and I am super happy with the entire service. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. I can say I have found my nail salon.

I just moved to Orlando from New York and I was looking for a nail salon similar to the one I went to for years back home that can keep up with the new styles and shapes does quality work for good prices and I am happy to I found this place through Unilocal and it was great very family friendly I went with my two year old and she got treated like royalty I got. Pedi full set and eyebrow. The owner Sandy did my pedi and eyebrows she was amazing and very friendly and Rachel did my full set she did the perfect stiletto shape and asked me several times if I was satisfied which was pleasing this is definitely my new go nail spot in Orlando!

I really liked this place, Sandy was really funny along with the other employee tony. Very friendly & we came there before they were going to close, they were able to attend us with pedicures & full set nail.
Not fast service and very clean area. I will recommend to my friends for sure.

These ladies are fantastic! Nani did a great job with my nails. I came in for a soak off and then new set. Nani was gentle with my nails when she took off the old acrylic, and then they gave me the a beautiful new set of coffin nails. I had my pedicure done by Sandy, my toes look fantastic and my feet feel super soft!!!

I’m always traveling and moving to new places for work. There are a few constants even when I’m getting settled in a new place. Finding the perfect nail salon is one of the first things I do when moving to a new city.
I found just that when I walked into Crystal Nails. The salon is very well kept and the staff is amazing. Sandy takes such great care of me and slays my nails every time. If you’re looking for a great nail salon definitely come by Crystal Nails!!!

This is by far the best salon I’ve been to. They are always so friendly and welcoming! Sandy always goes above and beyond and makes my toes look fabulous! Jenny is so talented. I had bad nails from past salons when I first started going and she had completely transformed them over the the last year. They are now healthy and stay strong in-​spite of the acrylic coverings. Come after work, enjoy a glass of wine, and relax… you’re in good hands here.

What a fun group of ladies here! Got a fill and an awesome design by Nikki! Everything was tidy and neat as well. Showed Nikki a picture of what I wanted and she had no trouble creating what I wanted even down to the shape of my nails. I am definitely becoming a regular

Jenny at Crystal Nails killed my nails. I wanted a very specific shape and she gave me just that. She is very precise and takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. Got both my hands and feet done and love them both. Thanks Jenny.
