DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM TOMS FROM THEM!!! It was a nightmare! First of all, they charged a ridiculous amount for custom painted Toms. I picked my design from a book in which they had picture of painted Toms. I was told that my custom Toms would look much like the picture. They also told me they would ship them in a week. Three weeks later, they still had not arrived, so I had to call to figure out where my shoes were. They were just sitting in the back room, forgotten. So finally they ship them, and two weeks later they arrive (5 weeks later than I was told). However, these shoes look NOTHING like the picture I was shown! It doesn’t even look like a professional did them, it looks like an amateur with a paintbrush! I could have done better for way cheeper! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
