My wife needed her wedding ring repaired
the fitting holding the diamond in was broken and it needed to replaced
we talked to a couple other stores around the Orlando area and they all seem to be quite expensive. We stopped at the diamond exchange met Gary and he took great care since the ring is very special to my wife I was being very careful with who would work on it
The Diamond Exchange did a great job fixing it and when they gave the ring back it looked better then it did when we bought it like brand new Excellent work
I will refer anyone I know that needs new jewelry or to fix their jewelry to call Gary at the Diamond exchange and did I mention the cost was right just a great value around Thank you

Service does not get any better than what my fiancé and I experienced at Diamond Exchange.
We spent several hours with the nicest salesperson who really helped explain the differences between the diamonds along with the differences in the 4 C’s. By the time we were finished, we felt like we knew diamonds as much as the professionals who explained everything to us.
Without a doubt, the best experience without the pushiness of the sales people. And we found our perfect diamond. So if you are looking for a great selection of diamonds and mountings, I highly recommend Diamond Exchange.

What happened to the wonderful customer service? We bought an engagement ring and three wedding bands from here in 2011 and the customer service was incredible. The owners were always around and the sales associates were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Now when we take our jewelry in for cleaning or repairs the staff is completely unapproachable. They look at our stuff, quote a price, and then give you a take it or leave it look. We definitely won’t be back!

We just recently purchased my engagement ring at Diamond Exchange and the experience has been nothing but outstanding since day 1. The owners and sale staff were extremely helpful, personable and provided us with great customer service through the entire process. They have an extensive collection with a wide price range to fit anyone’s budget. They are said to have one of the best prices and deals in the Orlando area. I wish I could give this 500 bad reviews with how this place made me feel. It is really sad as we dealt with 2 amazing sales associates that were so helpful, actually bought an engagement ring and 2 wedding bands there. It all went downhill when we we bought diamond earrings there and tried to return them the next day. The owner is disgusting sleazy and once you talk to him you wonder how this shop survives. He not only didn’t let us return or exchange the earrings that we bought 24 hours before, but after all of our purchases he really acted like he didn’t give a hell if we were happy or not. We kept the earrings and will never go back there again! I would suggest giving your business elsewhere.

Went there with my fiancé bought an engagement ring followed by a man’s and woman’s wedding rings, dealt with a salesman by the name of Gregg, grave as a fair deal beautiful diamonds great service. That the owner was treated fair much better then the big Diamond retailers. I will be shopping there from now on

I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about because I had an excellent experience here.
I got my wife’s engagement ring here as well as both our wedding bands and they look great. They kind of match too, both our rings are white gold and my wife’s rings have diamonds all over them.
I just recently got a bracelet for my mother’s birthday and the associate helped me picked the right one. I like white gold but the associate told me to go with yellow gold because my mom’s generation would appreciate that more. My mom loved the bracelet.

Went in to sell 2 pieces of gold, the red haired Lady was extremely rude, and threatened to kick me out bc I would not give her my work phone number. I respectfully walked out and went right across the street to Orlando jewelers, where they not only gave me more money but were extremely nice and accommodating.
