It seems like this Domino’s is plagued by ‘bad experience’ reviews without any counter-​balancing ones (who writes a raving Domino’s review after a successful quick delivery consistent with exactly what one expects when making such an order? — apparently no one). I ordered to the Hyatt Regency — it took about 20 minutes from order to delivery — the pizza was precisely like any Domino’s I have ever ordered (perfect for the appetite and setting). The only ‘difficulty’ was locating the delivery-​person in the very large and loud Hyatt lobby. I assume that room delivery would result in delayed deliveries across the board on a busy weekend night. Of course, over thousands of orders, there will be some (hopefully rogue) terrible experiences — good to document, I agree — but these incidents should be balanced against routine (albeit not spectacular — how can they be when Domino’s is standardized across the nation for a highly predictable menu?) orders.

Driver didnt pay attention to our address at the resort on the order so he couldnt deliver our pizza once he arrived at the resort. Took 2 hrs to get our pizza with no apology from the driver nor store. No discount or refund was given. Terrible service.

Driver scoffed at 4 dollar tip. Ranch dressing was not included in delivery but was charged for it — immediately called location to have driver return. Was hung up on the first several times. Driver rudely brought it after 20 minutes of waiting.
Otherwise pizza quality was alright but does not handle mistakes well…

Took an hour from time of order to delivery to hotel… Not bad… The convenience is worth the wait… The kids enjoyed it… Hot food… Nice delivery guy Ricky. Even brought plates and napkins… Thoughtful…

Worst… Pizza…EVER. The only reason this place gets one star is because it was done fairly quickly. Very bland pizza no flavor. I didn’t order well done but the pepperoni was the consistency of burnt bacon. The checkout was less than energetic. I get it. Long day. You want to go home. Phone ringing off the hook. I get that people have bad days but never let the customer see you are having one. Bad experience. I’d rather eat a Lunchables Pizza than this again.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location at least 4 times now, and every time I am very please. Delivery is always on time, or early. The food is cooked perfectly, they always get my order right, and the delivery people are always so friendly and professional. I love the ease of being able to order and pay online, and they always offer awesome coupon deals. My favorite menu items are the handmade pizza, the brooklyn style pizza, the spinach and feta cheese bread, and the chocolate cakes!

Stopped by here while on vacation and I have to say this is the best dominos pizza I’ve had yet. It was fresh, hot and tasty! We had the large cheese pizza with green peppers and onions. It has a hint of garlic taste to the crust which added a nice flavor that caught my attention.

If I could give half a star I would, the pineapple pizza I ordered came burnt so badly it was indelible. The mobile app the site kept dumping me too wouldn’t list any coupons so if you didn’t already know coupons were an option, you would be overcharged. Definitely do not recommend this location.

We were craving for a good tasty pizza for a longtime. We ate at many Italian joints but couldn’t find a better pizza than the one we had here. Pizza was delicious and proportioned perfectly… kudos to the team!!!
