Dr Terrazzo

Do not use this company. The web site states 100% guaranteed. The owner Chris states he can restore terrazzo in 2 days for a very low cost compared to other terrazzo professionals. The finished job was very very poor and all the owner wanted to do was give us a discount. What was done around all of the door jams was criminal as the grinding done there was so bad. I now have to hire another terrazzo company to fix our floors. They also left a big mess and a clean up I am still dealing with. The owner cared so little about the job that was performed after many complaints we made, he never even bothered to come out and inspect the workmanship of his crew. As I am now talking to other companies, they all are telling me it will take 2 to 3 weeks and easily costs $ 4 or more per square foot. I also found this company is known in the terrazzo professional community for its poor workmanship. It seems many companies have been called in to fix the poor workmanship of this company. BUYER BEWARE!
