Beautiful park with lots of greenery and many walking trails. The park itself is very well-maintained, with not too many people using it. However, there are enough people using it to where you feel safe and not like you are going to get attacked. My two dogs loved walking on the trails. There is a kids play area nearby, and soccer and baseball areas as well. The park near the road is well lit, but the area further back is not. There is plenty of parking all around the park.

With multiple baseball fields, a playground area for kids, several open fields of soccer or football, and nice paved walkway for walkers/joggers, Eagles Nest is a nice place to get in a bit of exercise or just relax for a minutes. While you may run into the occasional group playing one of the sports I mentioned above, the park is rarely crowded. It also connects with a couple of local trails giving you even the option of taking longer hikes or jogs. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the MetroWest area and are looking for a change of pace from the other larger parks in Orlando.
