We were on vacation and went to Lake Eola Park. We Unilocaled to see where to get something to eat that was healthy and good. Really fast service. We got 2 wraps and 2 salads. A small salad is really big. They make it right in front of you, so you can ask for what you want. They had some outside seating too.

Just went to Eden’s for lunch and had a great experience. The gentleman working greeted me right away. I told him this is my first time and he gave me the run down. I asked him what was the most popular item and he said it was the Desperado. I ended up having it as a small wrap with the suggested protein and it was tasty! You have the option of a wrap or salad, big or small. I paid $ 7 and change for the small wrap and it doesn’t come with anything on the side. It’s not very big, but it was super fresh and I felt it was worth the money.

One of the best salads I’ve ever had. Never thought I would crave a salad but I do crave Edens and often. I regularly go to the Eden’s in Winter Park as well as the Eden’s Downtown. Both fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The Waldorf is my favorite but there are so many options to try.

This is one of my favorite places! The salads are simple and delicious and the ingredients are really fresh. Simply put, this is a great place for a fresh yummy salad.

I have eaten at the Winter Park location and loved the freshness of the salads as well the great service. I checked out the Thornton Park location today and loved it! Would definitely recommend taking a lunch visit there to try a Desperado or Daisy salad and enjoy the great view of the Lake Eola area. I have tried about 5 of the wrap/​salad choices overall and even opted to «create my own» a few times. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. Hope more locations continue to pop up around Central Florida.

This is the first time I’ve come here and it’s absolutely wonderful. As a vegan with allergies, I assume even salads are going to be an ordeal for me but this was a great experience. There’s a basic menu of options for a salad or a wrap, but you can also create your own. They have suggested proteins to pair with your dish, although that drives the price of the salad up a bit. I got the Daisy with chickpeas instead of almonds and I switched to a balsamic dressing. The salad looked appetizing and tasted just as amazing! It barely needed the dressing. Even my omnivorous coworkers were impressed with how tasty it looked! I will definitely be coming by more often!
