DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rent a vehicle from this rental car location! I went through the GEICO Express repair option when getting my car repaired and specifically requested to rent a car that remains within my insurance policy coverage limits ($ 30/​day). They upgraded me without telling me — therefore charging me for something that was suppose to be covered. When I called in to inquire about the charge, they straight up lied to me and said that when I go through the insurance, I’m still responsible for the taxes. After calling GEICO and told that is not the case, I called back to get a refund and was told there’s nothing we could do.
In summary, these people lie. There is no reason to do business with this location.

This is a friendly location for rental car. I did not know they were there until my Lincoln got a flat. They picked me up at the dealership and took me to their location and rented a car quickly so that I was not late for the first day of my new job. The prices were reasonable and they actually made the process quick. The car I rented was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m very happy to have found this place. I was skeptical of renting a car from the airport locations during a Christmas vacation in Orlando because Orlando is a mess during this time, so decided to book a rental somewhere around the city, taking advantage of the fact that relative living in the city could drive to and from this location.
Associates were very helpful and attentive, they even matched the price that I found from another company that was 150 dollars cheaper than what enterprise offered online.
They were plenty of people working at this location so the 3 times I came in didn’t have to wait at all.
I would definitively rent at this location in the future.
