I was taking my mom to an appointment here and we were unable to find the location. The website was not working on mobile so I pulled up the phone number on to call and ask for directions. After 5 – 6 calls within 7 minutes, no one was answer the phone. Finally after we had located it on our own, we were now 10 minutes late. As we walked in, there were two young girls, Lorise and Joanna that were sitting upfront, they weren’t busy so I’m not understanding why they did not pick up the phone. I mentioned this to Lorise and she ignored me and directed her attention to my mom. Joanna smirked and I said to my mom, apparently my concern is funny. Joanna looked up to me and gave me an evil look! I could not believe the disrespectful behavior that I just received and from the face of the company, who represents the company. I’m actually in the waiting room as we speak and Joanna is still gabbing about the 20 second interaction. My mom may be attending this new eye doctor appointment but I will be canceling mine and finding a different eye doctor. I am truly appalled by such behavior. Here’s a thought: «I’m very sorry you were unable to get through, it’s no problem at all». That is what customer friendly service is and these girls need to learn that.
