I ordered shoes online and had them delivered to this store. My husband picked them up for me and the salesperson told him if they did not fit, we could bring them back. The shoes did not fit me. I attempted to return them and the associate working that day refused the return because«we don’t sell women’s shoes here». I have filed a formal complaint against the store. Go elsewhere!

I had one of the most horrible customer service experiences of my life at this store. It was kind of crazy really. Basically, I ordered shoes online for my son. I selected the pick-up in store option, since we frequent the mall, but had never shopped at Foot Locker before. When we arrived at the store I told the first salesperson I saw that we had an online order to pick up. He asked for my ID and I gave it to him. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but he took my ID with him and went back to the stockroom with it. My husband said he noticed the guy had his cell phone out, and he took a long time before returning with the shoes.(Normally not something I would even think about, but the salespersons behavior proceeded to get so strange that we started to get suspicious about his earlier actions.) The salesperson brought the package to the register, returned my ID, and asked me to sign a receipt. I signed, and my husband asked if we could have a copy of the receipt. The salesperson said no, they don’t have a copier. So, my husband responded that we could just take a picture of the receipt. At that, the salesperson snatched the receipt from the counter and moved it to a counter behind him and stated that their corporate policy does not allow photographs in the store. Seriously? I can’t even take a picture of a document I just signed? By then my husband was pretty upset and the salesperson(I’m still confused as to why) was being pretty confrontational. It was so, so uncomfortable. We did ask to speak to a manager, and the salesperson told us that he is the manager. Oh dear. Realizing we weren’t going to get a copy of the receipt we took the shipping package with the shoes and left the store.(I think the reason he didn’t want us to have a copy was because his name was on the receipt, but again, just a guess.) Of all the products I have ever ordered for in-store pick-up, I have never had such an odd experience. We weren’t given the opportunity for my son to try on the shoes before signing for them, we didn’t even see inside the bag to verify they were even what I had ordered. When we did open the package(out in the mall, a safe distance from the store) the box was a plain brown box, not a Nike box like I would normally expect, and it didn’t state the shoe style information. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if we needed to return them. Overall, lesson learned. I will never, ever, shop here again. I saved a few bucks over our regular shoe store, but it was a nightmare. I did e-mail a complaint to Foot Locker, but I received a very generic response.
