I am really surprised about the bad reviews. My primary Doctor is right across the street and sent me here for an X-ray of my lower back. I got here at 4 with no appointment and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Front desk girls were really nice and offered me coffee. Raul did the scan. He was extremely friendly. I came did what I had to do and got amazing service along the way. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I can’t speak on other services. But great customer service and very quick. Plus the place is really modern and vey clean. :)

Came to do a specific ultra sound test called NTS– which is only made between 11 – 13 week of pregnancy. Drove 50 minutes just to find out they are NOT trained to do that specific test! What the hell? Why didn’t you let me know? Mans the bad news is after this week I cannot do this test! This is outrageous and this clinic should be out of business. Will not recommend to my worst enemy.

Referred here for a consultation. Appointment was on time and staff was very friendly. Especially the MRI tech. She really tried to make me comfortable the whole visit. If you arrive on time, have all your insurance paperwork, and know this is a busy office you’ll be fine. In and out appointment. Would use them again if I needed to.

I had an 8:30a.m. appointment and arrived at 8:40a.m. Granted I was late, but I tried to google their phone number to advise them and the number I found is just a recording. Thus, I was unable to let them know. Upon arrival I was greeted and handed paperwork and they asked for my license, insurance card and co-payment. At no time was I told anything about being late. After I take ten minutes to complete the paperwork, I then turn it in. I sit back down for about 5 more minutes and then a staff member advises me that because I was late they would need to work me into the schedule. By this time it’s 9:00 a.m. I asked what that meant and how long it would be and she didn’t know. I then sit back down for another ten minutes. Then the staff member tells me that the ultrasound tech is slammed and may not get to me for over an hour. Now it’s 9:10 a.m. There were only two other people in the waiting room when I arrived. By 9:10 a.m. no one was waiting but me. I really wasn’t sure what they meant by slammed. I inquired about rescheduling and the staff member said she had to get another man to come hep with that. Since I work in the building I asked if I could go upstairs and they could call me when they could work me in. She made a face and advised me again they were so slammed and it may be a long while now. At this point I just asked for my referral back and said I would go somewhere else. She didn’t even flinch or try to convince me to work it out. I admit I was late but I should have been told when I arrived that it would be a problem. FRI never said a word until after I completed intake paperwork, paid my co-pay and sat there for a while. Had I arrived on time I still would have had to fill out paperwork, so I am confused on how someone else(an appointment slipped in ahead of me. Maybe they don’t build in buffers. At any rate, they are lacking in customer service and should have advised me upon arrival, especially since it took me two weeks to even get an appointment.

I would not recommended going here. I had extreme pelvic pain, and I required a stat CT. My doctor told me that no contrast would be needed, but when I get there the lady tells me I HAVE to have it. I’m very upset with the woman at the desk, the first words out of her mouth were«do you have insurance» and told me a stat CT doesn’t matter because other people have appointments. VERY disappointed. Would NOT recommend.
