Awful customer service … I was there looking for dresses for my little daughters and when I finally found what I was looking for I asked what I think was the Store Manager if the fitting room were open, He looked at me and totally ignored me. I proceed to the Fitting rooms and found 2 associates dressed all in black, also both ignored me again. I had to clean the fitting too that was full of merchandise. When I went to pay fir the dresses I selected the baby gap cashier never talked to other than to tell me the total of my purchase. All 3 stores were very unorganized and looked they didn’t have enough employees.
Usually I shop Gap on line and after this experience will continue.

Decent selection, nice sale area. Well organized, connected to GAP Kids. I would recommend stopping by, some good deals can be found. Positive impression, easy to find employees that are willing to help.

This is the Gap store in the Florida Mall. The stock here is pretty decent. It has men, women, and children clothing and accessories. The kids/​baby Gap is located right next door, connected.
This store is extremely popular during gigantic sales. I came here the day after Christmas and they were doing 50% off clearance. The entire store was a zoo, with clothing all over the shelves. There weren’t enough workers to clean up after the gigantic mess. So just be aware of that during high volume this store will get crazy.
General notes about Gap stores: they are fairly decent for basics. I would I think they started to phase out flamboyant «GAP» shirts and started focusing more on clean designs that can be worn season after season.

The GAP is really cool Cloth product supply house. Last I bought a red T-​Shirt. This was coll and fashionable. I like the gap product very much and always highly recommended.
