Care Credit concept is great– especially for pet needs. BUT, their «customer service» agents are rude, insulting and unable/​unwilling to explain the simplest financial terms– of their own contracts. Do not expect any brain power or curtesy in the service of customers.

Still would only give this company negative stars but will give them ONE and its a small ONE highlight. After posting this review I did recieve a very quick responce from a Rep at their customers service inquiring about what my situation was and how they could help. Of Course it was already too late, thankfully I was able to take my business with GE and tranfer it to my bank.
I would and always will advise people to look else where and make GE your very very very very LAST choice.
